"I had an outstanding experience at Subway thanks to David! His energy and dedication truly set a great example for the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Subway is awesome, and employees like David make it even better. I appreciate the excellent representation and will definitely return for more delicious sandwiches. Keep up the fantastic work, David!"

STOP GOING TO SUBWAY!I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the Subway located at 7800 Smith Road, Denver, Colorado, 80207. I visited on 9/30/23 and encountered an employee named Marci #7087, who provided me with terrible and unacceptable service.I simply asked about adding pickles to my sandwiches, but Marci was dismissive and confrontational. Instead of addressing my question politely, she responded rudely. The situation escalated when I politely suggested that Marci work on her customer service skills. Her response was both unprofessional and shocking. She raised her voice, displayed anger, and even shouted, "Don't tell me how to do my job," as she stormed off into the kitchen area.As a loyal customer of Subway, I was deeply disappointed by this experience. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and Marci's behavior seriously tarnished the reputation of this Subway location. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and addresses it promptly.I urge Subway to investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that such disrespectful and hostile experiences do not happen to other customers. Your attention to this issue is essential for the reputation of the brand.

I was in the store ordering food at about 5 and I was talking to this younger employee (she was talking about her high school) when an older man with braids in his hair came out and asked her if she wanted any "carts" as he called it. I didn't think much of it sat down to eat my food he left and came back with a bag of stuff and when I was filling up my soda I heard him telling her " it cost 15$ a gram" I honestly couldn't believe it before I left I asked him who the manager was and he told me it was him so the manager was selling drugs to his underage employees who are still in high school.

I placed an online order and received my meatballs literally frozen and sandwiches cold. I drove back to the restaurant to resolve the issue, the brunette said sorry that they just took them out of the freezer and made my order with them, the ignorant girl with ugly faded pink hair interrupted her to say that they were in the warmer and that the sandwiches were toasted. My husband interrupted her to tell her no, that there was no way that they did either of those 2 things because the sandwiches were still cold and meatballs were frozen, she then raised her voice and started to argue about how there was nothing she could do about the situation and for use to leave the store, then started yelling for security on us. Her not offering to remake them or at least try to make the situation better in some other way, but instead to escalate to aggression making the situation worse is just outright ridiculous and uncalled for, and honestly made me feel violated. I was left with either leaving with frozen sandwiches, or be out the last few bucks I had to my name and then somehow come up with more money to then buy something else for my kids to eat before it got even later than it already was. Not how a customer should be leaving any establishment. She wasn’t going to refund my money back or remake my food. She was extremely out of line, unprofessional, condescending, rude, and just outright wrong in every way, she needs to not be working with food or with customers! After security showed up she was gloating about how she WASN’T going to loose her job over this situation.

The lady with the bun on her head said I couldn't sit in there unless I buy a sub. She is rude and has poor customer service. The seat of the booths were all wet and soaked with puddles on each of them as they must have just "cleaned" it. Don't think I'll be doing business with subway anymore.

New staff member is very rude, when interacting with her, I was given a dirty look and when making adjustments to my sandwich I was given a nasty attitude.

David was busting his a$$ taking orders and very pleasant! Bigger black gal working seemed very unmotivated and came out after a but and took the first moment she could to go into the back again "to prep". Seems to me that the 5 or more people in line could have been better served with her at the counter instead of leaving David to go solo again. It was obvious thay David was a hard worker and the other gal simply was not. :(Tables needed wiped and the flies zipping around weren't great but, nothing horrible. The food looks great. Fresh and clean and organized. And this is the first subway I have been to in a while (like the last 5 or 6) that they put appropriate portions on the sandwich. All the others seem to overload the thing to the point where it is not edible.

I mean like a consistent franchise that is consistently franchised throughout the united states. Only one place that I know that no matter where you go what state it's in Subway is always going to be Subway and they actually mandate that and I do appreciate it sandwiches eat

I don't know how people can complain about Subway when you literally made your own sandwich but the new staff are super friendly. It was nice to see customer service here again.
