Like everyone else said, lady manager is a real piece of work. Rough looking 40 year old brunette. Kept going on about how they don’t customize sandwiches. lol lady you’re working at a sandwich shop, not the Ritz. Just put the pickles on the sandwich and shut up. I felt sorry for the kid working with her. Go to the other 100 sandwich shops in Denver including the Jimmy John’s around the corner.

I came in ready to order a sandwich. The manager lady was cleaning their meat slicer. Rather than trying to help me order, she told me to wait until she's finshed cleaning. I asked her if I can use the restroom while she's cleaning, and then order my sandwich, and she would not allow it. Talking about the homeless people who try to use their restroom, when I was clearly a paying customer with wallet in hand. I have a feeling if I were white (I was not dressed like a homeless person), they would have allowed me to use the restroom before my purchaee. I believe they are racist. And I'm tired of people like them being managers. Not only was she not in a hurry to serve me but wanted me to stand there in discomfort while she cleaned the sandwich slicer in front of me while not letting me use the restroom. Several of the businesses in the area have closed due to lack of business, I hope this business is next.🤷🏾‍♂️

I wanted to give this place a zero ... I never heard you can't put marinara sauce on your sub and I never heard any one recommend not to toast a sub .. I thought subway was to customize my order to my liking but apparently here its there way or the high way..

I’ve been going to this subway since it was first built. Today I left hungry and pretty pissed. Walked in and was greeted by one girl then as I was about to order she walks away and then another lady walks up. I ask for a foot long on Italian and herb bread and I said I was just going to make up my sandwich. She tells me, “we no longer do that, you’ll have to choose something off the menu.” Even though she said it politely it still came off as rude. I would suggest “if” this is subways new policy she could’ve said something like, “I’m sorry we unfortunately, no longer do customized sandwiches. What were you looking to get? So I can suggest something that’s similar to what you’re looking for.” Something along those lines. I haven’t heard of subway changing their policy I feel that would be national attention, due to subway being known as a sub sandwich place where you can customize your sandwiches to your liking. I purposely looked at the menu knowing that I wasn’t going to no longer get anything and then looked at her and said, “yeah, no.” And she replied “that’s ok.” My boyfriend who ordered ahead of me didn’t notice what had happened and he said he never heard of subway not doing custom sandwiches anymore. At the end of story just be more consider it to your customers, especially if you feel a new policy has been put into place. Have empathy. I probably won’t return to the subway to be honest. Maybe they’ll closed this one down soon. Who knows but the service issues they’ve been having I know it’s hurting their business.

I just walked into this location and there was a long line. It was my intent to purchase lunch at the Subway. Because there was a long line, I asked the cashier for the code to the restroom, and the cashier refused to give it to me and said that it was on the receipt and so I left; I left a found a restroom to use and when I came back Marcy old told me that I could not toast my flat bread and so I decided to leave. I came back and decided to try the new flat bread and when I ordered, Marcy kept calling me “Babe”. I am hoping that I can toast the flat bread for half the amount of time, next time. Many Subways still have to old flat bread.

Chimberleigh America

4 cucumbers for a foot long and a pinch of damn cheese

Food was butt customer service butt, only good thing about this place is that it's clean. Also taking out your air pod while serving would not kill you.

The customer service I received now twice from one particular employee by the name of Zee is over the top passive-aggresive, as she tries to come off as all knowing and professional it is clearly rude and lacks respect. I can honestly was Ms. Zee checked every sterotype of of poor employee and I encourage others not to patronize this store until training has been given out for this employee and all others that act like she does.

I went to Subway last night, and ordered a 6 inch turkey sandwich the guy making my sandwich went to the register to ring up my order before making my sandwich then after ringing up my order, he went and got my bread out of the microwave to finish making my sandwich never changing his gloves I will never go to this subway ever again!!!!!

Garbagio. This place won’t give you extra jalapeños. It’s against their “formula” only 6 tiny jalapeños per sandwich anymore than that is against the rules according to employees.

This is the second time I got hard bread. Great customer service. But if you want soft bread do not shop this location 😑

Employee was barely putting anything on my sandwich, after asking for the second time politely to get a little more of what she’s putting on, I get abruptly cut off and told “I’m working on it babe, what else?”. At this point I decide forget it, I’m not going to ask for more than the 6 olives she’s putting on the entire footlong. They weren’t busy, I was the ONLY customer in the place, so no excuse there. Bottom line, all I can gather is there is some issue with wanting more than 1 jalapeño every 2 inches on a footlong. I don’t know if this is her personal gripe, or she is being hounded by an owner/manager, but I do know I’m never going back.
