Horrible service the lady wouldn’t even let me order what o wanted be cause in her world just didn’t sit rite with her soul like is your soul paying for this sandwich….. literally do not waste your time or money I completely understand why they windows are busted out rite now

Probably one of the worst places, don’t have any of the food choices and there is only 2 girls working and their only settings are attitude or more attitude. They got mad because I wanted something they should’ve had. You choose to work at a subway, suck it up, you have to make sandwiches. Just close this place down in all honesty it’s looks bad and serves bad. Get that red haired girl outta there!😂

So it was around 1pm on the day of 8/7/2025 i went in to get some lunch. I was trying to get my usual flatbread sandwich. When I met the rudeus , nastiest disrespectful worker at Subway I've ever encountered. Apparently at this Subway, you do not get it your way. If you'd like a sandwich toasted, they will not do it for you. So if you like a sandwich, made your way, do not go to this subway.

Whoever was working from the times of 1:30-2:00 on Sat Jul 19th and was the one actually TAKING the orders was genuinely so mean and rude for no reason. Verbally berating an elderly woman because she couldn't see the menu and was trying to make decisions for us? Really? You are such a stuck up woman and im surprised you even got this job.

If I could give a negative number I would. I go in and I’m the only customer there. The girl up front is on her cell and gives me the one-minute finger. She then proceeds to talk on her phone on a personal call. I can hear some people in the back. I then ask if someone can help me and she doesn’t respond. Another person comes in and goes to the register and she continues on her phone call. We then ask if we can get some help and she finally gets off her phone and helps the person who just came in. I left and went to another establishment. I get home and decide to call and see if I can talk to a manager, and no one answers the phone. I will never go there again.

Kept going on about how they don’t customize sandwiches. lol lady you’re working at a sandwich shop, not the Ritz. Just put the pickles on the sandwich and shut up. I felt sorry for the kid working with her. Go to the other 100 sandwich shops in Denver including the Jimmy John’s around the corner.
