I was berated and embarrassed at this location yesterday, I will not be returning. Her behavior towards me for not ordering one of the formulaic sandwiches was ridiculous. I shouldn't be yelled at publicly for wanting to build my own sandwich at a Subway. From previous reviews I would assume she is the manager.

The people who work here are usually very kind and fast, but I was just in there and the manager came out and started scolding the girl making my sandwich about not being “upbeat” enough directly in front of me. When the girl got defensive the manager acted like it was weird for her to. Very unprofessional to have those conversations where customers can hear. Especially because the girl making my sandwich was very nice and doing a good job. As someone who managed people I would never ever do that in front of customers. How embarrassing.

This was the worst experience of my life. I was treated horribly over drinks. The girl at the front was so rude that she blew me off. The manger would not give me even give me 2 seconds of her time to help me. I am a professional and have never been talked down to and mistreated in this manner. BE WARNED THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I've been coming here before work a couple times a week for the past couple months. This place is awesome mostly due to Marcy. She is a very hard worker and is here everyday i come in. She has memorised my order by now! The food is great as I love subway and eating "healthier" at a cheaper cost. The staff always keeps this place neat. Great spot to stop by if you want a quick bite to eat!

Placed an order online and specifically ask them not to make it again. They did and wanted to charge me double. Got me a feeling of racism here. This is the most disrespectful experience I've ever had. Will never come back.

Worker was rude and ignored me when asking for water cups. A lot of veggies where out and trays were empty. restroom door opened when another person entered the code when i have the door locked..Vegetarian options: Out of lots and unable to get more from the back.
