Last night went in to get a sub. There was one older lady working there by herself who was extremely rude and dismissive for no apparent reason. I am not one to usually write reviews, however, this experience left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. Reading the other reviews about this place, it seems like it has been an ongoing pattern with her. Corporate seriously needs to do something about her.

Subway employee last night refuse to serve my friend cause he wanted a vegetarian sandwich cause he started to close up early saying his manager who usually makes the sandwich told him not to do it.. but it was the way that he was acting and being very rude like my friend wanted subway i was gonna get one just to do it but he made very unconformable so we took our money elsewhere but he needs to be taught customer service there is different ways to express yourself and maybe if you didn't start closing up early you would have had the ingredient to what my friend was asking for I'm just saying

If you’re gonna be in a bad mood just call off next time please. Your negativity isn’t worth others. Sunday morning one single worker she was really rude and wouldn’t verbally respond. Also also made both of my orders very sloppy one of my sandwich wasn’t even made properly and the bowl is also sloppy. I asked for less sauce and it seems as if she put way more than what I asked for like I said if you’re gonna be in a bad mood and you’re gonna do Customer Service either don’t work here or call off next time.
Went in with a friend to split a foot long as the older lady got done with a prior customer I watched her scratch her face before grabbing the bread we requested. I asked her if she could change her gloves because I’m allergic to tomatoes (I was trying to be nice) she grunted as she changed her gloves then refused to speak to me or look at me .. my friend went to the bathroom and asked me to finish adding ingredients the lady rudely asked where did she go as if I wasn’t allowed to say what I wanted on the sandwich ..didn’t look at me for the rest of the time I ordered and just continued to have an attitude and skimp on ingredients. Honestly it seems something like this happens every time we go to this location.

Me and my husband came here to eat and there were two elderly ladies smoking cigarettes outside who are supposed to be working they both decided to take a break while there were people in there waiting on them to take our orders. They should fire them and get a whole new team here!

Stopped by this location for dinner at 7/7/24 around 6:40pm there was a middle aged Caucasian woman making the food. She spoke with a soft horse voice. She was definitely lack customer service from the 3 individuals in front of me to when I was my turn. I had my order ready so when she got to me I said what I wanted. Instead of saying sorry ma’am we no longer have that bread and offered what was available she VERY RUDELY tapped her fingers on the glass telling me to choose another. I chose a new bread, and with an attitude AGAIN she asked what sandwich, I repeated Italiano, she said “WHAT” I stayed “I told you # 23 ma’am” she proceeded to tell me don’t give her attitude and I told her just giving you the attitude you have me. I was then told she was not serving me and to leave. I politely said no, I would still like you to make my sandwich and she said no. Not once was I rude to this lady until she was rude to me. She was also rude and condescending to the 3 individuals in front of me. Absolutely uncalled for; especially due that I was not in the wrong and not serviced.
