I usually order online and pick up at this location for lunch. However, my orders are wrong more often than not. Today, I actually received a sandwich that had no meat on it, which doesn't make sense at all. It's also frustrating when you tip in advance and don't get what you ordered. After today, I will stop ordering from this location. I definitely don't recommend ordering online from this location.

The subs are great a footlong 14$ and a 6 inch is 7 bucks depending on what you add to it.The food is very great for what it is,I recommend starting with a 6 inch mayo,ham,bacon lettuce and cheddar cheese sub and the subway has a bunch of other things things,footlong sidekicks the best being the churros,cookies,subs,sodas,chips,wraps and breakfast!The best footlong sidekick is the churro,stay away from the pretzel and stick to the cookie,foot long cookie and churro for desserts!Kid-friendliness: Kids can choose what goes on their subs and it's great sandwiches and kids love sandwiches

the guy was very rude and gave me sandwich all destroyed because he got mad that i asked for a little more chicken since he served me poorly. He needs to be fired asap. And when we were waiting in line, he screamed at a customer because they wanted coke so not professional.

Do NOT get take out/delivery. I had an error with my order one time a few months back, but I’m always willing to give a second chance. This time, THREE of my items were incorrect. Sandwich was covered in black olives despite me triple checking I didn’t order them. They were toasted into the cheese so there was no way I could pick them out. I also decided to try the new Auntie Anne’s pretzel, and it was rock hard. It crunched and crumbled upon first bite. Lastly, the bag of sun chips was missing. Is there no quality control at this location?

Paid $15 for a 6in with chips ordered delivery it never came call the store over 10 times the manager said he doesn’t have any online orders. A joke of a restaurant and last time I’ll ever spend my money.

Went there with a coupon. He told me I can only order self made sandwiches not sandwiches from the menu. The Policy was printed on a piece of plain paper. Most likely it's just a made up one. It's not the first time I used coupons at any subway, but this store was the only one that has this ridiculous rule. I told him I never had a problem at other stores with coupons. He told me don't use coupons if you want from the menu. I said nevermind, I'm not buying there. Went to another subway (the one in Havana, thanks Jordan for helping), asked the guy there about that policy for coupons, he said never heard such a thing. Sounds like a made up rule to make customers with coupons more difficult. Definitely not coming back here.

This Subway doesn’t honor Subway coupons and tries to charge extra for extra veggies. Never paid extra for a few extra tomatoes at any Subway in my life.

I’m sitting in the store eating my rather tasty sandwich (I got the number six the boss) and I’m over hearing a man struggling to find a sand which he can afford for a footlong (inflation is truly something else in the world right now) and this very kind woman offers the man her coupons out of her car. She runs outside to get the coupons and comes back in. One of the workers (I’m assuming the owner) of this establishment yells MA’AM repeatedly to the woman then proceeds to tell her she cannot share her coupons with the man looking to get a sandwich. Now the woman offered her coupons to the man about 3 or 4 times. The man sounded like he wanted to take it just insisted she saved them for her self. As she proceeds to tell him she gets coupons all the time and realty uses them, she then runs out to her car to get the coupons. As she enters the assumed owner yells MAAM at her and proceeds with telling her she can’t do that. The man apologizes for causing a ruckus and the woman explains again how she has multiple and it’s okay. U know she’s just trying to help the guy out. The assumed owner tells her NO is a rather high pitched voice and proceeds to tell her how he didn’t like it when people try and share their coupons with other. The woman the. Says she doesn’t want to spend her money here (rightfully so coupon in hand or not) and walks out. The assumed owner then goes on (and this is what made me write this whole review out) and tell the man who’s profusely apologizing about the incident, how it irritates him that others want to take money from him and he hates when people try to share coupons with others. He goes on and on about how if she had a business she’d understand more and the prices are what the are and it sickens him when people try to take the cheap way outSir it’s literally an inflation across the globe. As a small business owner myself, one coupon shared with another does not take millions from your business nor does it make or break the establishment from making more money after the coupons. It’s the holidays dude. You’re pissy about someone wanting to share some joy (because money saving absolutely is joyous) Get it together

This location never adheres to its opening time. Just went today at 8:15am and they're supposed to open at 8.... no one's there snd the lights were off. Minutes later the worker walks up late on his phone to open like 20 minutes late. Some people (like myself) work overnight and have a hard time finding "dinner" in the mornings because it's early so when I go somewhere after their supposed opening time, it really matters that they're open

Ordered through the app, store was closed. Came back the next day and asked for my money back because at that point I didn't want the food, guy working there says they don't do refunds. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is okay with stealing money from people.

At 930 am employee tells me it's going to be over 10 minutes to make a single sandwich. I ask him why it's just a single sandwich and he responds rudely that he has a bunch of things to do here as he proceeds to do other things around the store instead of assisting me.

This location is always closing early. Staff is clearly overwhelmed & overworked. Only thing saving them is the hospitality of 1-2 employees.
