Open late which was a life saver because some days my time management is horrible for real.
The chick helping us was great.
The staff was professional and friendly and wanted to make sure they got the sandwiches and ingredients right.
I placed the order online and it went through and charged on my bank account.But when we went in, they didn't have an order there. The manager and the store owner were very awesome that they saw.The charge went through, so they went ahead and gave us the order. Great customer service.!!

Store is not open even tho it’s store operating hours. The sign says they open at 9am and it’s currently 10:41 am.
Im giving this place a 3. I ordered my sandwich through Uber Eats. Now. They made my order the way I asked for it. No missing items, no additional items I didn’t want. However, whoever cut the bread tore it at one end so it’s falling apart. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half at the end. When they did the veggies I’m not sure how the sandwich was open but it definitely wasn’t in a way to make the sandwich nice. A lot of subways will short the toppings. This one puts way too much. I pulled a ton of lettuce off my sandwich just so I could eat the thing. I’m not sure who did the cucumber slicing but every slice was a different thickness and they were not whole rounds. Maybe next time I’ll try going inside. But for delivery this was not what I was aiming for. I might be a little more critical because I’ve worked behind the counter at a subway. Overall not the worst subway I’ve been to.
A few months ago The first time they made my sandwich wrong. I came the next day with half of the sandwich to show it was made wrong with the receipt and they wouldn't replace it. I said I'll give them another shot because it is the closest to my house. I placed a online order to get the 20%off deal and when I get there my order wasn't fixed. The girl Genesis told me nothing came through there system. I specifically asked her if I place a second order and show you can you fix my sandwiches. This girl says yes so that's what I did. After I place the order the girl tried to charge me in the store after I just placed 2 orders online. $75 later I walk out with no food and now I have no money to feed my kids today. Because I can't dispute it with my bank until it's not pending anymore. This is the worst Subway I have been to in a long time. Please avoid this location 40th Ave and chambers Rd in Denver CO. All of this happened between 7-8pm 12/14/24

I come to this location ALL the time because of how great the staff is. Today was not a good day.... The Manager onsite had a horrible attitude and was snapping at my friend and I when we responded to her questions. Unfortunately because of this interaction I will not be going to this location for awhile.

I went to get 2 sandwiches, the two ladies at the front were really rude not only with me also with all the costumers that ask a simple question, they don’t know anything about costumer service, they put gloves on but not even washed their hands when they picked up something from the floor. Overall really bad experience not able to put zero stars but it is what they got. Also the place wasn’t even clean.

Terrible customer service. I felt so unwelcome. They acted like I was burdening them by coming into the store.
Hannah and Malcom were AMAZING tonight. I came in for a simple footlong but they made the experience so much more by just having a friendly conversation w me as a customer! I also observed Hannah interacting with the customer ahead of me and it was great. As a food industry worker I appreciate their patience and professionalism.
