The two heavy set guys that work there in the night don’t have any type of customer service they look miserable like they don’t wanna be there and they shut the music off in there because one of them says he likes it quiet but the vibes are hella off and when they where making my sandwich it was like they were forcing there self to even talk to me like it hurt them to make a sandwich and then slamming stuff around it was so weird I work in customer service as a manager and I would never want anyone working for me that’s gonna treat the customer bitter because they obviously dont wanna be there

I ordered 3 double chocolate cookies and 2 of them were hard and when I asked her if I could use the restroom she said that they were out of order but no signs were put up to let me know and had a poor attitude and was rude see no signs that says out of order

Did a delivery from this store,got my food and disappointed. How do you make a veggie patty sandwich with no veggie patty? Tried to call them but it just rings and rings. $14 for a sandwich thats missing the main ingredient thats in its name is unacceptable.

Ordered through door dash and will never do it again. My bacon that I paid extra for, wasn’t even heated up, put on my sandwich cold and gummy. Bread was soggy and entire sandwich was disgusting. Will never be back to this location, the one in green valley ranch does a fantastic job.

Place a lunch order with a 12 inch chicken teriyaki & order 3 extra macadamia cookies however, I’ didn’t get those with my order, I don’t know if they forgot or if the driver forgot, not a huge deal but I did pay for something I didn’t get, I tried calling the store to double check but couldn’t get through to anyone

I have to order DoorDash from my work quite often, and sometimes I order Subway and it comes from This store. For some reason, the workers think that it is extremely difficult to walk around the counter to grab a bag of chips for my DoorDash order I think out of the seven times that I’ve ordered chips with my sandwich. I have gotten chips one time. When I tried to call the store to ask them why it’s so difficult they don’t answer. I am extremely upset with this store and I will be calling corporate.
