Showed up during posted open hours multiple occasions and they were closed. Taking my business else where due to false advertising. As a customer I don't appreciate having my time wasted. Unprofessional.

This is the worst place I have ever eaten at! The younger employee is worse then the older employee! They need more customer service training!! They are both RUDE!! Don't not recommend coming in!! A $9 sandwich that looked like a gas station sandwich!! 🤢👎🏼

I bought two 6 inch subs because I wanted a footlong but wanted seperate kinds. On BOTH of my sandwiches the bread was like a hockey puck rendering my sandwiches pretty much like cardboard as they crumbled in my hands when I took bites. The bread was also burnt on the italian herbs and cheese. I used to manage subways so I know what's going on here. Your morning opener is proofing and cooking way too much bread and it's getting all dried out by the time lunch and after happens. In order for your customers to have the freshest most lovely bread and sandwich experience you need to be cooking fresh bread every couple of hours. So less done in the morning but more times cooking it. I'm not sure what you're store policy is but it's rendering your bread inedible and pretty disgusting. I couldn't even have her remake then bevause she had others in line and was busy but I also hate wasting food when so many are going hungry. Service was subpar but notr rude, ,just bland and hurried. I know what is like I used to manage a store what did 102 sandwiches per hour and I also know how hard it is to keep numbers right but if yall are making these cardboard sandwiches and o just spent 23.12 for lunch only my sub should be OUTSTANDING not leaving me wishing I went to McDonald's! My TERM transaction number was 1/A-591347. I get my cash and intentionally get gift cards for subway that's how much I love it and this just really insulted me as a loyal subway customer. Sadly disappointed customer. And I have pictures I'm not sure why I can't find the place to post them. But they looked similar to the post before me which dark dried out bread.

My bf just got off last night to get a sub. He was there 15 mins before they were supposed to close and whoever closed last night saw him walking to the door and locked the door right on him. We've been trying to get in touch with corporate but nothings working. Someone's gotta talk to that boy about closing 15 mins early

First I tried to contact manager but that's not happening so I'll comment publicly. I haven't been to subway for a long time I really wanted a sandwich. I was served hard possibly day old bread (I'm a chef). The bread is kinda the defining factor in a good sandwich mine was hard and chewy not a pleasant combination.

I have to say I'm not impressed. I just don't want to pay $17+ for a sandwich that sux. I mind as well make my own.

Bread was stale and hard as a rock. They didn't even cut the bread properly. For 15$?!?! Someone had to go out of their way to make a sandwich this bad. I want my money back

I just came into this location to get a breakfast sandwich and use the restroom. As soon as I walked in, the lady rolled her eyes at me and said, the restrooms are not in working order. I had to leave without using the restroom or getting breakfast. How is this possible? There's a man and a woman working, don't they both need to use the restroom throughout the day? There's nothing wrong with the restrooms, only thing wrong is their customer service and her attitude 👎🏼
