Tuesday afternoon, calm down, no one in the establishment. My husband placed the order in the app, when I came to pick them up she was making them at that time. I realized that I hadn't removed the onion by mistake. I told the lady with the long black hair to please not add it, it had been a mistake. Very rude, screaming and in bad ways she told me that she was going to put everything that was written down that it was not her problem my mistake. People like that shouldn't be working in a store.

I’m gonna say this lady at the subway in the Walmart on 44th is nice you better think again cause she is not, She’s very rude and disrespectful and obnoxious. The only people that are nice are the males that work at night and on weekends but not that lady she is very rude and she has a bad attitude and I will not go there when she’s there we go on the weekends.

The worker at the counter seemed like he was having a bad day, just by looking at his attitude and how he talked to customers it was very unprofessional and rude, and on top of that the worker was very unsanitary, talking on the phone in view of the guests, and wearing gloves while doing so, which is a health code violation, and can contaminate the food. This place needs to be looked into, and something needs to be done, cause this place was very unprofessional.

Not suprised to see this rating. My experience was similar to that of others. Walking in, I received a glare from the lady dissapointed to have a customer. Making her get out of her chair and pausing her video on her phone. I ordered a ham add bacon. She then choose what cheese I get and when I inquired what she was putting on it she first said thats what you told me. When I said you didnt ask me and I havent said she shifted to thats what it comes with unless you specify. Does this Subway have recipes for the build your own ham? This seems to be her own policy that lead to an arguement with her for far too long. Service doesnt exist here. Stay away

Was just there chick behind the counter had a bad attitude and a stank face I didn't wanna deal with it so I turned around and left. You work in customer service and a server ma'am fix the attitude

I always have issues when I come into this location. There are other restaurants in the area but I choose this location for Walmart and to use the restrooms mostly when I’m working. The worker doesn’t hear the customers orders and gets rude when you correct them about your order. She yells at customers and finally I have had enough of dealing with this location. I went in today and ordered to of the pepperoni and cheese rollers she did not put the pepperoni on and when I asked if she was going to put the pepperoni on she yelled at me when she even repeated my order back to me. Subway you need to fix this location before this employees chases away your customers to the Carl’s Jr Popeyes Laredo tacos and other restaurants in the area.

Lupe was very kind and Professional. I was very impressed by her Customer Service skills. She asked me how my day was and we had a very positive and happy interaction. She made my sandwich perfect. I was having a rough day and she really made my day. Excellent Customer Service!!!!

If i could give ZERO Stars i would! The Lady making the food is sick as a dog! And to top it off i was in like for 8 min and when she gets to me she proceeds to say well i have a online order of 7 sandwiches so u have to wait because i just pulled it off the register! I was clearly in line before u even touched the register

Discrimination and rude. Wouldn't let me order food with my service dog next to me. He had to wait outside the fenced area which if you know anything about service dogs, no he doesn't any place that I have access to so does he. Now. Their excuse for this was because they've had animals go potty in the store and guess what that's not a service animal.

I visited the subway inside the Walmart off of harlen and 44th ave. In Lakeside, Co. I was ordering and from the begging the older Hispanic lady that cleaned to be the manager was very rude. I looked over it. I asked for a club sandwich. She didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted she threw it in with my partner’s sandwich that was toasted and I simply said “oh no not mine toasted.” She started cussing and saying I should have told her way before and I was explaining how cold cuts are not automatically toasted unless instructed to. Then she went off on me saying I’ve worked here 15 years I know better than you so I said nevermind I’ll go somewhere else. She then proceeded to call me a syke. I said excuse me. She said you’re not ever coming in here again lesbian. I look homosexual it’s clear that I am. Then she would not remake because I am gay. That was totally uncalled for. She was loud and obnoxious enough to where ppl in the grocery store, the one I have to shop in all the time mind you, could hear and was stopping to look.

Worst subway ever. Customer service was horrible lady up front was very rude…her tone of voice was very nasty. I’ll I asked for was cab I add on a churro and she stated she isn’t going back to make it that when she asked if that’s all I wanted I should’ve told her to add the churro….. any other location would have been okay to go make it…It’s not what you say it’s how you say it she was very rude and her and the gentleman up front went and talked very nasty about how I took long to place the order as if I wasn’t right there dining in. I work in a restaurant myself and that’s not how you should treat you guest. Definitely highly recommend to not go to this location customer service sucks and they should be trained differently. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

We asked them to change gloves and make two six inch sandwiches because my partner is allergic to stuff that I put on mine and they did neither the guy was eating at the line when I walked up and the lady was on her phone AVOID AT ALL
