Employees couldn't Fuxking read. Literally couldn't read the receipt from the online order. Awful. Never visiting this location again. Bare minimum employed people should have graduated the 8th grade.

I went there today and really enjoyed my sub! The staff was wonderful and always washed there hands constantly. I'm a subway fan again. I used to go to one in the ken Caryl area and lost my Appetite due to the staff being messed up. Keep up the wonderful work you staff is amazing!

Went to have lunch here today. When it was my time to order the employee had her mask dangling below her nose. Unfortunately I had to leave. Maybe she doesnt realize her nose is connected to her lungs went across the street to guissepis. Fully masked brought out to car...awesome italian sandwich.

So this is the second time in the last month that I've been into the subway and the employee has been incredibly rude and put upon to take my order and put it together... Tonight I came in at 9:30 and the close at 10, and I was the only one in the store. Previously they dropped a bunch of F-bombs on my teen age daughters when they went in to order. Tonight this heavy set blonde teenager kept saying "oh my God", which is offensive as a Christian, when I ask for 5 subs, and again when I asked for one of my 5 subs toasted, and doing everything at breakneck speed even when there was nobody else in the restaurant. Also there are signs posted that say that the owner doesn't participate in any of the SUBWAY® promotions, so forget about coupons or app discounts. I expect they'll be out of business in another month or so at this rate. Fortunately a Jimmy Johns opened near me and they are much better about being both fast and friendly.

Don't go here unless you want attitude. I walked in and was asked "what do you want " before even being greeted. I laughed in her face and walked out. I was not about to have her give me attitude because she doesn't want to work. Plus it looked dirty and the food did not look fresh.

I should have looked at the review for this location but I didn't. Went there tonight with my husband and Nina and Danette were the employees. Stood in line for a while and as we came to the counter was told that they had no white bread. We then received an attitude from both. The restaurant was filthy the customer service was even worse. I strongly suggest you choose another location.

The reviews must all be old. Came in 11/1/19 and had a great experience. I had a really rough night and wasn't able to pick up my prepaid food. Mario was very kind and helped me out quickly and with a smile. The food was great! I'll definitely be back

I'm going to echo everyone else's review- this location is horrendous. My husband stopped and got us dinner a few weeks ago and on the way home he said it smelt like sewage (but he chalked it up to the Platte river) when he got home we both smelt the awful odor but couldn't pin point where it was coming from. I open my sandwich and take a few bites and realized it was my sandwich, so I threw it away (it even smelt worse than the trash when we opened up the lid the next day ). Few hours later I am horribly sick. Awesome. I call corporate about a week later when I had a free moment and they said that they are going to send my information to the location and I would be contacted. A few days later I received a generic email that they would look into it and that was it. So I called corporate back and they said they someone was supposed to call me and they would forward my information again. A few days later I get a call from a woman who was terribly rude and basically said that I should have brought the sandwich back to the store and that no one else had gotten sick, blah blah blah. I told her that it would have been super inconvenient to bring the sandwich back as it was already 9:30 in the evening and we have a brand new baby (plus I was working and was not going to stop work to make a special trip to subway) she said that there was nothing she could do and that it was basically my fault for not bringing the sandwich back to the store . I called again to corporate because at this point I am livid, and they said that they would have the owner call me. Fast forward a week and I still haven't heard anything. Bright side is that I have a few friends in the area that own businesses that give this location tons of business between lunches and catering, and will now no longer be eating here.

I had 4 coupons that clearly stated they were good for one item per coupon. They refused to honor more than one coupon per visit, saying that the franchise owner his given the staff instructions to ignore the terms on the coupons.

They are the worst. Bad customer service and so rude. Couldn't even smile. I will never go back and hope this store closes soon. So disappointed.

This subway is horrible the service is poor the workers seem like they hate working there and want to take it out on the customers I will not go to this location anymore because of how it is runned no respect for a paying customer workers are rude and have no manners when you want your sandwich a certain way to me they are lazy!

We were turned away at 5:15 pm because the employees were on a lunch break. We were told to come back in 30 minutes. We will not be back.

Employers need to train the workers how to do multiple orders at a time or need to schedule more people during lunch. Also the two girls were very rude to one guy when he asked a question and one said "um. I'm 20. Not 10. I dont live under a rock" they ran out of ones and had to run somewhere to get them. Then when she left the other one started talking badly about her. Then she started talking crap about other customers to customers which is extremely unprofessional. terrible service.

Walked in trying to get my regular go to sandwich employee said "the wheat bread is hard" so I didn't get that. Wanted to get lettuce he said "the lettuce is bad" wanted to get pickles "the pickles are bad" so I guess I appreciate his honesty?
