The attention with the woman in charge is horrible. He has a bad attitude with customers and also his way of preparing food is not the right one.

I have been here 3 weeks in a row, to get the exact same sandwich. The sandwich has been consistently made perfectly. Exactly the way I asked for it. It has been delicious and I will continue to return!

Payed $13 for bread pretty much they barely put anything on the Sandwich and, when I ask for more the guy gets an attitude and says he can’t that’s a ripoff. The bread had holes in it so when I went to eat it all all fell apart. Can’t believe this is what subway has come to they use to load the sandwiches and it was worth buy now it has gotten horrible. I understand the management wants to earn bonuses but it’s about your customers. Never coming back.

Massive Health code violation. I’m not sure what happened to the guacamole but it appears there’s mold or freezer burn. I’m pretty sure it’s mold because why in the world would Subway put Guacamole in the freezer , when they should put it in the fridge? Also if it was Freezer burn it would’ve defrosted a while ago. So I’m 90% it’s Mold. Please do not dine here your safety matters more, absolutely disgusted.

This location never gives the drinks to the delivery drivers when you order on GrubHub, etc. They give you no recourse to get your money back. Don't order drinks from this location.

I placed an order for $30 worth of food. I was dead tired so I didn't check my bag before leaving. The $12 salad I bought was half full, and not at all made the way I specified. There was no cheese or black olives, although I'd said I wanted extra, and it was mostly spinach even though I said I didn't want any. The sub I paid $17.50 for was missing the smashed avocado and had very little of the other veggies/meat/cheese. It was also not toasted. Additionally, the pretzel I'd ordered was not included.

I assume that this must have happened because I didn't leave a tip. The reason I chose not to leave a tip was because tips are supposed to be given when someone goes above and beyond their normal duties, or provides exemplary service. Tips are not supposed to be begged for by an app, prior to receiving my food.

I can't afford this! I can't even afford to buy Subway anymore, since you've decided that your ingredients are made from gold, but I literally had no choice. I was in town due to my father passing away, and nothing else was open. I have had a very emotional couple of days, I was too tired to prepare anything in my cheap hotel room, but still needed to eat. Then I get ripped off by having to spend more than anyone should be forced to pay for anything other than a sit down restaurant (which I would gladly have tipped for), by not getting what I ordered, and in such a small quantity that it didn't even fill either of us up!

I have photos of my food if you would like to see them, to confirm that I'm not just crazy.

What kind of business are you running that you encourage your employees to do that to your customers who are already paying so much money to have the honor of eating your food?

How absolutely disappointing.

Way to go Subway, good job not being decent humans to the other humans you share the planet with.

Christian is such an amazing employee! We stopped by not long ago after having a terrible experience at another Subway location. My son and I entered, I explained that I had a coupon & that I would be adding extras on the sub., & that it was ok for the extra fee, I asked him if he's able to prepare a custom sub,He said he is almost sure I can, and if not, he will make it work. He got my two subs exactly how I asked. The coupon didn't go through, but it's ok because I will be continuing to come to this location for the good service.

Christian has excellent customer service that anyone would want!
The other 2 ladies one being the manager Does not know how to treat customers 😕 or for that fact her own employees..
The mgr. Was rushing to make 2 sandwiches n over toasted my bread to where I wasn't able to chew..(too hard) when brought to her attention she ignored what I said..hmmm? There was nobody else in the store to hurry me off...The other girl was told the bread was hard to chew and she just smiled and walked away.. I walk by to see if Christian is working, then I will enter...if not I won't! I think Christian would be a good fit for the manager..he has excellent customer service and deserves to be recognized. Thank you..a greeting would be nice upon entering and no one here seems to do it..Sorry but I was not happy nor did I enjoy the sandwiches..ughhh ..BAD BUSINESS for this place.
