Christian has excellent customer service that anyone would want!
The other 2 ladies one being the manager Does not know how to treat customers 😕 or for that fact her own employees..
The mgr. Was rushing to make 2 sandwiches n over toasted my bread to where I wasn't able to chew..(too hard) when brought to her attention she ignored what I said..hmmm? There was nobody else in the store to hurry me off...The other girl was told the bread was hard to chew and she just smiled and walked away.. I walk by to see if Christian is working, then I will enter...if not I won't! I think Christian would be a good fit for the manager..he has excellent customer service and deserves to be recognized. Thank you..a greeting would be nice upon entering and no one here seems to do it..Sorry but I was not happy nor did I enjoy the sandwiches..ughhh ..BAD BUSINESS for this place.

Went here there was only one worker named luis. Even though he had a line out the door, he was very friendly to go order make perfect sandwiches and just made our day

Don't bother making online orders at this subway. They won't have it ready for you and then they tell you to wait for them to make it, but then you have to wait until every person that has order food after you gets their before you get yours that you ordered 30 minutes prior… The employees didn't know how to acknowledge me about them finally completing my order even though I was the only one in the store and my name is on the receipt. What a joke this store is and Subway in general…
OH AND AFTER OPENING MY FOOD ITS WRONG! How? The employees had my receipt of what I ordered and they could have used that as a guide. I just don't understand.

The lady that wears the bandana is very unwelcoming. If she hates her job, fire her. She seems mentally slow. She can't be both rude and slow. She needs to pick one.

Very snotty worker. Couldn’t understand anything we were asking for. Eye rolls when we corrected what she was doing wrong. Nothing but attitude.

Employees "don't speak English" when it comes to them charging me for the wrong, and much more expensive, sandwich. Nice try guys, I 100% heard you speaking English when I walked in.$17 for 1/2 an Italian BMT and a bag of chips?!?

Luisa was incredibly rude and actively tested her chemical sanitizer on the line and made me worried my sandwhich was going to taste like bleach as she didn't wear any gloves or maintain any sort of safety standard

Bear Valley Subway is the worst service ever. Charged for a 12 inch got a 6 inch, rude staff and food is only average. Subway, check on your stores, your losing business due to terrible staff!! Lady making the sandwiches was so rude. Hire new staff!!!
