I have not had one at this loction As every time they are not open. I have lived in this area for the never seen this location open in the past 6 years. But my family went there the other day and they said It was clean in the store and the food was fresh.

This is my usual Subway, and I've never had a bad experience. The employees is usually see are always kind and welcoming. My only issue is the limited hours, as this location tends to close extremely early.

Lady Girl

This evening I went in with my daughter. The staff rushed us and we were polite and it was my daughter and another customer ordering so there was no reason for their attitude and eye rolling of the lady as my daughter ordered. They were disgusted that my daughter wanted two types of cheese and rotated. And when she asked for light spinach the woman acted like we disrespected her. She was about to assault the meatball sandwich out of pure anger. No joke. My daughter who is 25 literally, BARELY touched the glass with her finger and it collapsed and they told her to be careful but honestly the little hydrolic pumps that hold the glass up are wearing out. I asked if the store number was on the receipt and they lied and said it wasn't but it clearly is. They just don't want to be called out for their rotten service. No need for the drama from either of these people. I imagine Subway isn't doing great, as their subs are mediocre compared to other sandwich shops now, so the last thing they need is to have bad customer service. Store #5243. I will never step foot in this store again, why waste my money on mediocre sandwiches that are overly-priced with horrible customer service. AVOID THIS STORE, TRUST ME.

The woman who made my sandwich was not very friendly towards me. She was impatient and rushing me while I tried to use my app to place an order because I had gotten a promotion email I wanted to use. No one else was behind me or waiting so I’m not sure why she had an attitude. I finally got my app to work after I left the store and had to come back because she made me uncomfortable. She was considerably nicer to other customers so I will not be returning.

On the morning of 9/9/25, I had one of the most disheartening and racially charged experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway location. I will not be returning here, and I will share this experience if asked.
I placed a pickup order through Grubhub (Amazon). When I arrived, I gave my name, but the employee looked shocked and asked to see my order confirmation. I had no issue showing the confirmation page on my phone. Despite this, she insisted she couldn’t give me my sandwich unless I downloaded the Grubhub app and showed it from there—ignoring the fact that I had already shown a live confirmation page with my name and payment.
I explained multiple times that I wasn’t a driver picking up someone else’s food; this was my order. She still refused to hand me the sandwich. The entire interaction felt dismissive and targeted, as if my name not matching what she expected—because I’m a Black woman named Amanda—was somehow suspicious.

I was late to work because of this ordeal over a $7 sandwich, and never in my life have I been spoken to the way I was in this situation. Grubhub ultimately refunded me, but the way I was treated was unacceptable, disrespectful, and left me feeling profiled.

Bad attention they charged me 30.30 for two meals of the day, I added only chicken and avocado and I was going to pay the extra and the person added me like 10 dollars more, apart from when I went to complain she behaved rudely, she grabbed my sandwich telling me that if I didn't want it she would give me back my money, I asked her to talk to someone else and she said no and that she had already returned my money to leave, the truth is very bad attention, The person doesn't spend it there, if they don't go to the back

Went in this morning with my husband we placed our orders online we just wanted our veggies placed a certain way on our sandwiches and not slopped on like our usual subway pickup orders. I simply asked could I place my veggies a certain way with him in store and the guy was already shaking his head no. Why be so rude to paying customers in an empty lobby at that 🙄

Stopped for lunch because the new restaurant isn't open yet and was pleasantly surprised. The tuna sub on Italian herbs and cheese bread was very good. The bread was soft and tasty and the tomatoes, lettuce and green peppers were all fresh. I liked the two cookies that came with it.

Service was fast and accurate and the server was personable. I felt welcome in the store. They have tables and booths with at least one handicapped spot.

There's plenty of parking available.

I just had the worst visit to a Subway ever the woman behind the counter not only screamed and cursed at me but refused to make my food after she made it incorrectly the first time and belittled me for the way that I was talking and asked for my food to be made. After she remade it the second time correctly I asked about the cookies and she threw me out and literally threw my sandwich across the room into the trash.

The manager Anneta refused to give me my friends order who was placed on DoorDash. I have all her receipts and screenshots of her order to show her; the manager said I’m “fraud” mind you I bought myself a order for 15$ then was going to pick up the Door Dash order (you can contact me for her name I’m not going to put her name on this) which was placed at 11:14 they received it. So she refused to give me that order so I said I will just place another order and buy one (my friend will just cancel hers on DoorDash no biggy) then the manager starts to record me and my 5 year old for some reason claiming I’m “fraud” when I was literally purchasing a whole new order (that makes no sense if I’m just going to buy a new order so I’m not sure how that is fraud) she threatens me as well and said she will call the police on me (as I’m calm as can be with my kid right by my side) all over a sandwich that I was going to just buy separately? Now as a Serve Safe certified manager here (me) I see so many violations first was the phone she pulled out on the makeline as making food. This is unacceptable you should never treat your paying customers the way she did and the fact she did in front of children and other customers. She should be fired the way I was treated!
