This is hands down the best subway in America. Anita and Raul have amazing customer service, always greet you with a smile, and if you dont know what you want they will always steer you in the right direction. Anita and Raul thank you so much for all the amazing sandwiches and talks over the years! Jake!!

I had ordered a sandwich for new years online and got only half of.what I ordered. I understand they were in a rush to get out for the holiday but they should have gotten the order right the first time. I was missing over half.if the ingredients listed on my recipe. IF I payed for it I should get it. Not happy. Not happy at all!!!

The store manager Anita which said she owned this location as well is not great when a problem arises . I tried to use the app which she had no idea of how to use it . I ordered a 6 in and then looked on the app for a deal , which mentioned I could get a foot long . I already had one 6 in prepared so I ordered a veggie delite through the system and tried to add guacamole. I didn’t see it listed just the quick adds , I told her I would pay for the guac separately. She than said next time I would have to do it all on the app which i understood, but she told me 3 times by that point I had to go so I kept naming the items I wanted in the sandwich . She stated I’m not servicing you and that I’ve been rude prior however this is our first run in. It ended with both sandwiches in the TRASH . This location is trash. Don’t have a run in or disagreement with Anita your items will get trashed . Oh and she didn’t give me the complete store number I couldn’t submit my review through the system .

The server was so rude and could be bothered with my legitimate questions. Not rushed, I was the only one in the store and there are certainly enough other locations that I would recommend visiting versus this one at early lunch time... A very unfriendly experience...

The person at the counter made it super-complicated to quickly get our online order done for us. She also referenced her manager as the one making rules. Too many rules, not enough care for the customer! Will be ordering at a different location next time.

If you are hungry for Subway, I urge you to look for another location. These two employees were rude as soon as I walked in the door, they both seemed completely checked out. That is, until I went to the register to pay. I took out a coupon and this person suddenly lit up in anger. They said the coupon won't work and then told me to get out or they would call the cops to report a dine and dash. I guess they saw an opportunity to get some free sandwiches for themselves instead of serving the customer. I was very polite and understanding, but they were unable to show the least bit of civility. They wouldn't even give my coupon back. This location really needs to close ASAP.

I thought I'd give this location another chance. That was a mistake. The employee acted like they couldn't wait for me to leave, and then I get out to my car to discover my "toasted" sub hadn't even gotten warm enough to melt the cheese. I thought about going back in to get it fixed, but I decided it's not worth it. I'll just make sure to never eat here.

For the second time now I went against my better judgement and after being a promo email I ordered from a local store. Only to get there and find a hand written note saying "closed at 7:30". I've already paid for my food! I'm low income and trying to feed my child and now my last bit of money is wasted on your worthless and careless business. You shouldn't be allowed to take my money if you can't confirm your store is even open and functioning! This is theft! Now my family gets no dinner and what do you care?! This even happened before at another location in March but the store manager simply refused to make the food I bought because the order didn't come thru but it charged me! I waited a week to get my money back when she easily could've just made my food. The people you make food for aren't always rich people! I can't believe I trusted your website. To steal from me again. Shame on you. I want my money back and I took pictures of the sign on your door of this location as proof.

Nathan and Jesse are always so nice! They great you as soon as you come in, even if they're helping someone, and they are really kind! I just wish Jesse had more support--you can tell she does a lot and other than Nathan, no one else really helps her and she often has to run the show by herself. I saw one of her coworkers take off early to catch a bus and maybe she won't say it, but I could tell Jesse was irked. She deserves a raise or a promotion--she can clearly do the job but is probably not getting paid well enough. You'd do well to do so, otherwise you'll lose out on an awesome employee. I rather drive to this Subway because the one by me provides such awful service.
