Every time i go to this subway, it is always clean and there are two gentlemen who have the best manners and service I’ve experienced (not just subways) very welcoming, and polite.

To be honest I was almost done going to subway because most locations suck anymore but went here the other night and got an awesome sandwich made. Not sure what his name was but African American guy that works the evening shift needs a raise because he makes badass subs. Going back tonight hoping hes working again lol
Travis I love the positive energy. You're customer service skills are fabulous and makes me want to come back. Keep up the great work 🙂 oh also everything was so clean and the sandwich quality was so fresh

This location on Alameda always has the best energy from staff! I went in today for lunch and Travis greeted me and made my day with his positive spirit. Thank you! I needed this.

I went here a week ago and quickly remembered why I stopped. I ordered a foot long meatball when it was given to me the meatballs weren't even warm. This is how you make people sick. A meatball sub doesn't have to be toasted to be hot. They have either gotten expensive or can't decide what price to charge which is another reason why I stopped going here. Always a different price for the same sub. This location used to be good. Not anymore.

This is the best subway I've ever been to. The veggies are fresh and they actually have wide selection of toppings and not just lettuce and tomatoes. The lettuce is vibrant and the spinach is fresh and not wilted. The bread had a load of cheese on it and was absolutely delicious. I have have loved the veggie patty since the 90's but few locations have it. This location does.
The staff are always super friendly and welcoming and the store is very clean.
I don't know if anyone will understand this but.... have you ever gotten food from a place and you KNOW the employees take pride in their job? This place is like that. You can just tell. The Toppings and fillings are even and not just crammed in there and your food is wrapped tight so it doesn't get sloppy. Matter of fact, my sub is always compressed enough and evenly (like a good sub is) so that when I eat it, it doesn't go all Nick Nolte on me.
No joke, I'd travel over 45 minutes to eat if if I had to. It's like that. I'd include pictures but, my daughter and I keep eating it all before we get a chance.

Christina is awesome, very helpful and charismatic!
This used to be the best Subway on this side of Denver/Aurora. Not lately. We ordered tonight. One sandwich was toasted and should not have been. My sandwich was a total mess up. I ordered Baja Chipotle Turkey. It should have had turkey, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, black olives, jalapenos, reg mayo, Baja Chipotle sauce, and toasted. Instead it had green pepper, spinach, bunch mayo, tomatoes, turkey, toasted. It was not so good since I don't like spinach, green pepper. The cookies, the drinks, and chips were good. My husband's salad was he said was ok. How sad that it used to be so good. Don't go here they don't care sandwiches just thrown together. 😒
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location. The store hours clearly state that it closes at 8pm, but when I arrived 30 minutes before closing, the doors were already locked. Another customer and I waited at the front door, hoping to be served, but the employee inside completely ignored us. Despite our waving to get his attention, he deliberately avoided us and even went to hide in the back. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If the store advertises a closing time, the staff should adhere to it. I won’t be returning to this location
Keeping everything in context is important people. 5 star subway food cannot and should not be compared to 5 star food anywhere else. But the sandwich was made the way I like it, and it tasted the same as it did the last time I ordered it, as it did the previous 50 times. So I knew what I was gonna get and I got it. The night manager, always has a good attitude, and listens to what I order and gets it right every time. Wish I remembered his name. Big guy, long hair. That's all I got. Except for... Eat Fresh or Face the Consequences!!!!
Vegetarian options: It's a sandwich shop. Do the math.
