This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. We’ve come into this subway 3 different times and every single time they are out of almost everything . Out of Ham, out of all bread other than a few loaves of wheat, out of drinks in the fridge, only have a few chip bags etc etc. even with the ingredients they do have, they aren’t great at putting the sandwich together. For two footlong sandwiches, they toast it for one 6 inch- not even long enough to toast the bread or melt the cheese. I’m really not one to complain much, but to pay $24 for two sandwiches I would hope they would be better than the average vending machine Sandwich. Will not be coming here again.

I went in yesterday and I thought the service was okay they could of had better people but when I ate my sandwich I found out I have food poisoning from this place do not ever eat here if you do good luck being sick for a few days

Stopped by at 6:15pm for dinner. No one was up front, I had to yell “hello” for anyone to come up front to help me. Then there were no vegetables, I kid you not, there was only lettuce, cucumbers, and like one other thing….what happened to all the vegetables?! At 6:15 this was crazy to me. And all soda except like 2 were out. Very unimpressed. I immediately left to another subway

I’m officially done with this location. Placed an online order, to be ready at 7:40. Arrived at 7:35, opened door and employee said “we’re closed”. I said I have an online order and he said oh “he changed our hours”. Door and online app clearly states 9pm closing. Sandwich was prepared but on the most stale and overcooked bread ever. I have had complaints about this location before but I’m done giving them chances to improve. Unfortunate as it’s on my way home and there were other potential customers in the parking lot that were turned away at the door.

Had an online order when I got there they didn't have what I ordered so I had to get something I didn't want for a lesser price and also I got this check out the picture.. That was supposed to be a tuna sub but you can't even see the tuna just red pepper it tasted like salt.
I trying to get an Philly cheese steak.. was 11:23 am October 1.- 2024 .. the lady said they're haven't steak.. lmao.. what kind of store is this?? I said what you mean.. she's said we out of steak.. wooow. Also her actitud was kinda rude.. .

I've tried to order from this subway through grubhub and then through the subway website. And I guess the workers working there don't know the difference between their products. I ordered a rotisserie wrap and received a rotisserie sandwich on flat bread. It was untoasted and having worked at a subway before for many years the rotisserie chicken is ALWAYS supposed to be toasted. I tried to call to get my order refunded and then no one answered like what the hell man??

I'm so over this subway. It really isn't hard to make a sandwich or follow what the customer wants. The customer is literally there telling you what they want on the sandwich and how they want their sandwich and for the employee to get it wrong is really concerning as to the kind of training the employees are getting or what kind of people are being hired to make and touch your food. I've had my sandwich made the same the 3 out of 3 times I was there. And with some blind spots behind the counter, it is hard to see what they are doing until it's too late. Even though this subway is super close to my home, I decided never to come here again. Waste of money and food because the sandwiches are to the point where I couldn't eat it.

Everytime I've been to this location I have been very unsatisfied with the whole experience. The staff is never friendly and the place looks dirty and the ingredients look expired. Overall a waste of money. They never get the order right and the food never taste how it's supposed to please save your time and money.

Subway's slow, stupid website sent my order to the wrong restaurant. I tried to change it back to the one I needed, it looked like it did switch, but it is slow slow and stupid it may not have. I did not have time to drive cross town to the other restaurant before heading on to an appointment. What really chaps my butt about this is that this is the second time Subway's stupid slow app has cost me a sandwich. I have now wasted $20 trying to use Subway's stupid slow online app only to show up and not have my to go order. TWICE!! Does Subway ever bother to test their app, or have their management, or their Moms or Dads test this app? Have I mentioned that is a slow and stupid app - it stinks. Not only am I done with Subway's stupid slow app, I am done with Subway. I will however post this on 2 or 3 food review sites, this being one of them.

Don't bother with this location, I'm done giving them chances. I ordered a footlong on flatbread and received what you see in the picture. Six inches of torn up bread. Still made sure to charge me for a footlong though! (It was ordered online, I could not see).

I went to the subway on June 3, 2024 around 7 PM and the girl who was working the counter I did not catch her name however she was extremely sweet and kind to me and she probably has no idea but she made my day I just found out my dog might have cancer a whole along with 1 million other things going wrong in my life at once and little things like that can really help restore your faith and humanity, etc. super kind girl shout out to her

I ordered a footlong sandwich, but what I received was a poorly made, incorrectly folded sandwich with barely any fillings and none of the extra toppings I requested. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. It seems like there might be issues with your workers. I'm not the only one who has experienced this type of problem – just read the other reviews. I suggest saving your money and avoiding this place altogether.
