I came to this Subway after a bad experience at another location, and the difference was night and day. The staff here were welcoming, professional, and actually took the time to understand my dietary needs. They explained every option clearly, helped me stay on track with my diet, and built my meal with the right portions nothing sloppy, nothing rushed.

This is exactly how customer service should be.
Fresh food, clean store, and a team that actually cares.
This will be my go-to Subway from now on.

We order from Subway because when we were kids in the 90s, it was a great place to eat and the atmosphere was amazing when we walked in to get our sandwiches the sandwich artist told us not to order from the app because at the store they don’t honor the app because they said Getting a sandwich for full price and one for a dollar was something that made it so they couldn’t make money. I wish I could show you what the sandwich look like

I’ve ordered a mobile pick up using the subway app and my pickup time was 12:05. Instead, I went to pick up the order at 12:12. Despite my 7 minutes late, the server over there has spoken rudely telling she didn’t receive any mobile order whatsoever. When I tried to pull the order from my mobile, she just snapped and said, please wait for 5 minutes. Later she was helping the other who were in line (and I almost waited for 15 minutes) and also the sub I’ve ordered is a 6 inch, but all I got was less than 6 inches and the cookies were real dry, seems like they were from yesterday. Also, there were so many items missing in my sub( like green peppers, cucumbers).
When she printed the receipt, it clearly says it is duplicate receipt, which means she already has received my order but didn’t want to finish it on time so I can pick it up.
I don’t really understand the point of ordering online ahead and yet still wait in the line for almost 20minutes to get my order.
When I took my order, I asked her name, she said to Donna.( I don’t believe even if it’s true)
This is not my first time here dealing with her.
Overall, this is a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go ahead and order online (since you should be waiting in the line when reaching store)
I wish I could give no stars, but can’t.. so I’m giving it a one star.

This subway location was not pleasant. The staff weren't pleasant and made the sandwich with a little as they could. Barely had any cheese on it. And the food wasn't that great tasting. I've definitely had better from other locations.

I do not recommend.
