Today I was attended by an older man and discriminated against the fact that you didn't speak English perfectly telling me I couldn't order, after taking my order he was very rude and I kept acting very Bad. Even with other customers who entered which they withdrew immediately.

I am extremely frustrated with this Subway. On Sunday I placed an order to be picked up at 8:20 PM. It says here that they are open until 9 PM on Sundays AND it allowed me to place an order to be picked up at 8:20. When I got there to pick up my order, the lights inside were on but the door was locked. The door read that they closed at 8. That’s fine but why was I able to place an order to be picked up AT THIS LOCATION after 8 if they wouldn’t be open?? There was even another customer who came while I was there because the hours listed on google are until 9 pm on Sundays.I was charged nearly $25 for food I NEVER got. I have called EVERY DAY at least once since Sunday (About 5 days ago) and my call has not been picked up once. I’m going to have to go to the store to get any response, which is extremely frustrating. Good customer service (actually bare minimum customer service) would have notified me that they could not process the order.

I had given up on Subway years ago but tonight my son wanted to try Subway. Wow! It really has changed. I was super impressed with the quality of food.

At 7:45 PM on Wednesday the 4th 2023 the black fat lady threw my food in the trash because she didn’t like how I wanted her to make my sandwich. I guess to her I was too complicated. I have never been treated like that. I just ate some subway this morning and they made my order exactly as I want her to make my order. There is no way you will say my order is confusing and complicated when you are not the one eating it. And I promise you I was being respectful to her the whole time I never said nothing to disrespect her. People who don’t have patience and tolerance should’ve been working for customer service. It’s just so crazy you decide to throw a customers order because you didn’t like how she wanted her sandwich to be made. She needs to be fired. And you could watch the cameras to see everything?

I had placed an online order that was suppose to be ready by 6:30pm. I finally got my sandwich by 7:30pm because there was only one worker who was brand new- it was only his 3rd day. Why would you make this poor man work solo on his 3rd day? Rob was so kind and was doing his best which is why I'm going to give a higher review. Do better Subway.

The women working were not nice. I ordered a sandwich as did the person I was with and one of the women was so rude and then not only snapped at us in a general sense she made her co worker so miserable that her co worker looked like she was about to break into tears. The meaner of the two left the area after starting the sandwiches and then the other finished but looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there. I don't know if they had just fought before we walked in but the place seemed toxic as far as atmosphere. I wouldn't go to this location. I would have gone elsewhere if i had known. No customers need to feel like they are intruding when ordering lunch.

This is the worst establishment ever. if it's not the customer service its the employees closing the store a hour before the sign says that they're supposed to closed. It's annoying and it's bad business. I've had this happen to me multiple times at this location. if I could give this review a 0 stars best, believe I would.

For everyone reading this review, please take my opinion very seriously. I live in the apartments right down the block from the subway and I come here for lunch often. There is one particular employee who is a large black woman typically wearing glasses. I can’t sit here and tell you how extremely unprofessional and rude she is to customers. I have been in there countless of times where she is close down the store early and refuse to give me service and she has talk back to customers . For example I’m writing this review on Memorial Day. It clearly says on the Google search that the store closes at 6 o’clock. She even wrote a note on the door that the store closes at 6 o’clock pm. The current time is 4:30 pm She kicked everyone out and close the doors and said “ it’s memorial day. I’m closing down I’m not making sandwiches for anyone” I was the 2nd to 3rd person in line that she completely dismissed. If you ever see this woman working in this particular subway turn around immediately.
