I ordered from here through DoorDash. And I understand some things are just not their problem, but when I didn’t receive my order, another dasher stopped by and they said somebody already had picked it up. Things happen people steal, but they didn’t want to redo the order to the other dasher. DoorDash had to cancel my order and on top of that said they credited me back, but I still had to pay $11 more to replace that same order which yeah I’ll take it up with them. But that’s not all, when I finally received my Subway order, my sandwich was plain when I basically ordered almost all the ingredients lettuce, peppers, olives… etc. I waited a whole hour and a half, for my order… I’m not one to complain but this honestly just made me so upset… I don’t plan on ordering from here again and I know you guys don’t care. But I thought I’d share my terrible experience. Thanks.

Walked in and order my food and the lady was very kind but the gentleman were sitting on the counter and not in uniform but they were making sandwiches and they left my sandwich on the line to help the next guest while I just waited and stared at my sandwich just sitting there.
Pathetic service. Placed order to add promo but they were not even answering the call or entertained when I went to pick up my order
It's good however I don't like that they covered all the meats and cheeses. I want to see what you got and if it's fresh! Also noticed that the person preparing my sandwich had a hole in her glove exposing part of her finger. It is also very expensive compared to many other places. Will come here every once in a while but not often.
Sent my little brother to get a a salad. He came back with just topping and no lettece. They don't answer their phone.
Very rude lady laughed at me and charged me for 2 sandwiches

The prices have gone up tremendously but the quality of the food has not. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

The Young people working there need to learn food handling process'. He went to the back to get stuff out of the walk in cooler in the middle of making my Sub so he could replenish some things. Which is fine but after touch and shuffling things in there and touching handles etc. GLOVES need to be changed out. I asked him to and he did. But when he could'nt get them on, he Blew Air From his Breath into them to put them on. SMH. I don't get it. No one wants his hot breath on clean gloves. Come on! I did pay but threw my Sub in the trash when I got home. I didnt want to shame him in front of other customers. So i bit my tongue. This store has gone down hill in the recent year. Hopefully things can be addressed.
