This location is a total joke and I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I ordered online one day and showed up around the time my sandwich should have been ready. The woman was working very slowly and on her phone and had not gotten to my order yet.

About 20 minutes later she finally makes it to my order and decides to then tell me that they are out of lettuce which I literally asked for extra lettuce, so when she asked if I wanted spinach instead the answer was no. When asked for a refund, I was told I needed to contact corporate for that since I placed an online order. I contacted corporate and after a lot of back and forth I finally got contacted by the owner of the location on Sherman and attached was his response. It is obvious he did not know my situation nor did he care considering his response had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. I then talked to corporate again and found out that a refund should have been issued that day at the store and I wasn't supposed to go to corporate for that, but their incompetent employee did not know that or if she did she was just being lazy and didn't want to give me a refund.

At this point, I'm going to contact my bank and do a charge back which will probably mess with their credit, but I really don't care because they obviously don't care about their customers. Thanks for nothing, Robert.

Just wow that’s all I can say definitely the worst experience at Subway that I’ve ever had. The worker refused to go get anything from in the back and basically told me what I have here is all you can have bread is hard stale crispy only had half the toppings we requested Would not recommend coming to this place ever
I would’ve opted for a $2.99 hotdog on 711 roller for 24 hours over this

I had a really bad experience at this Subway location. The chicken was nasty and unfit to eat. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused and only offered another sandwich, which I didn’t want. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. Would not recommend this location.

Ordered online and went in to pick it up 15 minutes after my order was placed to be told they were out of tuna and had to prep more. The clerk then proceeded to make someone else’s sandwich that had arrived after me before going to prep the tuna. Unprofessional behavior. Waited 20 minutes in the store for my food so 35 minutes for two subs is the worst experience I’ve had at a subway.

Waited over 45 mins in a 4-person long line. Multiple alarms (store and personal) going off the entire time, and the workers joked and cursed but did not turn them off. “Dawdle” is an understatement.

I just witness the very young “security guard” chase a displaced man into the street, when the man fell- thank god there were no cars or the displaced man would have been hit by a car! The security guard while the man was down was grabbing at his bags, screaming give me back what you stole from us. I very calmly walked into the Subway after watching this unfold and the security guard was yelling in my face, I calmly ask if I could pay for the items taken and I also wanted to purchase a sandwich. The security guard told me it was up to the person working at the Subway. She refused to allow me to pay for items taken as well as refused to let me purchase any food items, not only was I told no but I was told to leave the restaurant. I don’t know who owns this location but I expect better!

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. This is that place. The same staff has worked here for a very long time. They are all super happy and friendly and seem to know many people's names. Lots of regulars from the businesses around.

It's subway. The young man was nice just like most of everyone and everything now it's a rip out tiny meat tiny cheese tiny spinach tiny salt and pepper tiny chips but big price. It's unfortunate subway is just another restaurant industry complex of robbing folks for tiny fake cheese. Shame it's just a sandwich. Will not RETURN.

Ordered ahead on the website, was charged for my sandwich, when I arrived the workers informed me they did not receive my order. I showed them my receipt, they told me there was nothing the could do. What a joke. Charged for a sandwich I didn't receive and they wouldn't make it for me.
