I just witness the very young “security guard” chase a displaced man into the street, when the man fell- thank god there were no cars or the displaced man would have been hit by a car! The security guard while the man was down was grabbing at his bags, screaming give me back what you stole from us. I very calmly walked into the Subway after watching this unfold and the security guard was yelling in my face, I calmly ask if I could pay for the items taken and I also wanted to purchase a sandwich. The security guard told me it was up to the person working at the Subway. She refused to allow me to pay for items taken as well as refused to let me purchase any food items, not only was I told no but I was told to leave the restaurant. I don’t know who owns this location but I expect better!

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. This is that place. The same staff has worked here for a very long time. They are all super happy and friendly and seem to know many people's names. Lots of regulars from the businesses around.

It's subway. The young man was nice just like most of everyone and everything now it's a rip out tiny meat tiny cheese tiny spinach tiny salt and pepper tiny chips but big price. It's unfortunate subway is just another restaurant industry complex of robbing folks for tiny fake cheese. Shame it's just a sandwich. Will not RETURN.

Ordered ahead on the website, was charged for my sandwich, when I arrived the workers informed me they did not receive my order. I showed them my receipt, they told me there was nothing the could do. What a joke. Charged for a sandwich I didn't receive and they wouldn't make it for me.

Avoid this location at all costs. The employees, especially the young man that works in the afternoons, are extremely rude and toxic. They’ll do practically anything to avoid working. If you order something online, it won’t be made when you arrive. You’ll have to spend your entire lunch break to get one sandwich that’s barely slapped together. Plus they have some hygiene and handwashing issues as well. If you try to complain to management, it will get you nowhere. The last time I tried to raise any issue, the employee became frighteningly irate. It looks like the other reviewers all had similar experiences to as I did. Go down to the mall or the location on 20th street for better service.

The food and delivery was fine. My issue is that this is the SECOND time that I have ordered an upgrade with my footlong to a value meal adding chips and a drink but yet I don't receive my chips and drink with my footlong. I have tried calling Subway several times but no one answers.

It took 25 minutes for them to make my sandwich. They did six online orders while I stood there and watched. And their tomatoes were gross. The lady working at the counter kept reaching over to get the items in the back and her shirt would occasionally touch the food

Today march, 26 2024 at 3:30 pm I came here to buy food and ask to use the bathroom and the lady that attend me didn’t let me use it claiming it wasn’t working and then other people came and ask to use it and she let them in with no problem. She discriminated me

The lady kept saying I stole a drink from the cooler when she can clearly see on the camera I didn't. Then she kept making comments like are u sure u don't want to pay for that. No I don't want to pay twice.

Good service and this is a participating location for the Subway pizzas. Only downside is that it is closed weekends due to the office building being closed.

I went here today for the first time. I always forget that this location was here. So happy that I went, very clean and quiet, and great customer service. Next time I think I will dine in, very nice atmosphere. This will definitely be the subway I go to from now on.
