Breakfast burger on point! Home fries were perfectly seasoned! Service was awesome. We will be back
Was a great little spot for brunch. I imagine that they get very busy when there are events and later in the morning. They opened early enough that we were able to beat the lunch brunch crowd. I had the breakfast burger and everything about that was amazing, the home fries were great to go with that. They totally botched the sourdough pancake though. I got it first underdone in the middle and send it back, then they tried again and burnt it while trying to get it done. Seems like whoever was running the kitchen didn't really know how to make this kind of pancake work with their griddle or pan. Lower heat, more time next time. :D Otherwise it was good enough I'd give it another shot.
The food was delicious! Their brunch menu was extensive and affordable, and their French press coffee was only $4!
Just heard the sad news that they are closing for dinner service. But we had brunch there and it was amazing! You can really feel the pride and passion the staff has for running a sustainable business. Carly was simply amazing and we will definitely be coming back often!

Great attentive service and delicious brunch food. We were a large group and the manager was able to change our seating time no problem! Plates were full and we were all happy!

I rarely miss Sullivan’s burger special on Thursday night. The beef is always tender and flavorful, the brioche buns are light and fluffy, and I swear they have the best fries in Denver - hot, salty, and crispy - absolutely heavenly. I also adore their weekend brunch menu, including the migas with green chili. Pick up the beet lime-aide if you need an icy non-caffeine pick me up. Sullivan’s is clearly good to its employees, the owners work hard, and I love seeing them bring business to this stretch of 17th Ave.

Went for brunch on a Friday. One friend had the lamb sandwich and enjoyed it. Another had the eggs and toast. We all loved the bacon.
Wow! What an amazing dinner experience! We were so pleasantly surprised that a cozy, local spot could deliver such big taste flavors (along with inventive cocktails too!) We shared several small plates just to try but so so happy we split a burger- holy smokes, juiciest and most delicious flavor. And still made room for dessert. Need to come back for brunch but this is a must try spot. We will be back often for sure!

Always a lovely dining experience at Sullivan Scrap Kitchen. Delicious food (burger menu on Thursday) beautiful patio, friendly staff. Love it!
Our food was delicious!! My friend and I went for brunch and really enjoyed our food. We had a latte and French press coffee which hit the spot. I had the house Benedict with smoked trout which had such amazing flavors with the fennel pollen hollendaise sauce. My friend had the breakfast burger with southwest home fries which was delicious as well! I love their concept of reducing food waste and will definitely be back!
Our second time eating here and it was somehow even better than the first, if that was possible. This is Denver’s best kept secret and I hate to share it but they deserve their due! Forgot the waiter’s name tonight, but he was so kind and lovely. I guess the head chef finally took a vacation and was worried how things would run, well I’d say he left it in very good hands. 6 stars!
