The food was okay. The banh mi is what I ordered. It was served on what I believe is a ciabatta bun instead of a baguette. No pate, but used a dressing they called banh mi sauce. The dressing wasn't bad, but there is no such thing as banh mi sauce. All I can say is the sandwich definitely is not a banh mi. The other food which my friends got were much better. Like their chicken sandwiches and burgers. But, being a nonprofit kitchen I'd still recommend this place, just don't get the banh mi, that is the only disappointment.

Wow, construction around the place is tough, BUT, best burrito ever, amazing good coffee, and where else can you watch infrastructure being built. Oh yeah, the music was great also!

Sun Valley Kitchen has really surprised me with the quality of their coffee and tea beverages, food, and atmosphere. The full service coffee bar has a range of standard coffees, lattes, and teas. All are very reasonably priced for Denver. I'm not sure the coffee bean they use but it is full bodied and delicious. The tea selection isn't very large, but they are all well steeped and really delicious.Based on several lunches here, I feel qualified to say that their food far exceeds expectations. At a very reasonable price too. I'm positive you will be surprised as well, you can't go wrong with the daily special!Aside from their products, the staff has done a wonderful job at creating a laid back cafe that's great for hanging out in. Big windows let lots of light pour in, plenty of tables and an array of big comfy couches makes the interior a wonderful place to stay a while. All of the staff members are delightful to talk to, kind, and very helpful.Great job Evan!

Relaxing vibe. Community oriented small business. Had piano and instruments in one corner with lots of couches in addition to their tables. Looked like people were working remotely there. Reasonable prices for their food. Friendly staff.

This place is awesome! I had the falafel sandwich and it was gourmet-level delicious. Everyone here is so kind, and the service is great. Also it supports a great community cause which is just another reason why I recommend Sun Valley Kitchen!
