Shout Out to Supreme Chicken on Colfax!
Today I stopped in for lunch for the 2nd time and met Ricardo and his wife Rosa and their brother Marco. Family owned and so delicious - you must try or even order for take out. We ate in and Ricardo said business is ok and can't wait to open the patio! Remember this patio from previous restaurants, Solena, Firefly?

Consistency the best tacos and burritos in the area. The tacos start with great meat - the highlights are the juicy roasted chicken, charcoal grilled asada, and chicharrones. Then it’s good tortillas, great salsas, and perfect beans with a slightly smoky flavor. Highly recommend the burritos, quesadillas, and wings. The birria is good quality, though I’m not a big fan of the slight clove flavor in the consommé as a personal preference.
My new go to spot. This place is like old school Denver - AMAZING food, great price point, and total family feel. I’m obsessed. And the guy sitting next to us tonight came back from eating here at lunch it’s so good. Please patronize. Best Mexican on East Colfax by a mile.
