I went with a group of people for dinner to Sushi Bay, and the service was some of the worst service I've had in a long time.

We had made a reservation for 8 people. When we arrived as a group we did sit fairly quickly yet it took a bit of time to get a drink menu. We politely got up and asked for menus. Then the server came over and took only half of our parties drink orders, we then tried to get her to come back over for the rest of our orders. It took roughly 15 minutes for the server to come back over with half our drinks and take the rest of our tables drink order. We then asked for food menus because those still haven't been brought over, this is about 30 minutes after we sat. Once the server took our food order, we asked for 8 sake bombs in celebration of our friends birthday. About 40 minutes later the server brings over 8 bottles of sake, which we tried to tell her we wanted shots of sake not bottles all while the food was also being served and set on our table. We asked what the sushi rolls were and tried to get the confusion straightened out, the server just walked away.

I totally get bigger groups are overwhelming but the amount of time it took for menus and drinks was pretty poor. There was one other table seated in the restaurant.

I came in yesterday to celebrate my sisters birthday, I’m pregnant and have allergies. I have an issue with the way the sushi sheet was made. In the sheet supposedly showed ingredients and if something was raw. I used these indicators to order. However the sheet was mislabeled on two things I ordered. It would either come out with crab when it didn’t say it would or raw when it wasn’t marked. On one item the lady said something was cooked I ate some but seemed raw, when I looked at the sushi sheet it was actually marked raw. For people like me who still want to enjoy the experience it’s crucial that these things are accurate. When I finally confronted the waitress about it she didn’t seem to understand why it was so important. The place is nice and the little food I ended up actually having was really good. Just suggest the menu be updated and clear about what is actually being served.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. I was very disappointed with the service here. I walked in and politely waited to be attended or directed to be seated (as I didnt know if we wait to sit or just sit) nobody came I waited a little there was one other guy. A girl came down and walked right past me with a pitcher thought maybe she was attending the other guy but she sat down. Another girl came gave him his order and walked right past me too. At this point I got disappointed and disillusioned.

No idea how this is 4+. Rolls unacceptably small. Everything lacked flavor. Toro “sashimi” came without any rice? Miso soup was middle of the road.

We must've just come at the wrong time/day. They were definitely more worried about doordash orders. There were only 3 tables and it took us 30 min to get our food that we watched sit on the counter for 10 min (not knowing it was ours). We finally got our food only because I asked for the bill for my drink.

Tried to order to go. When I walked in the door Noone said a word to me for 10 minutes, when someone finally addressed me they told me that my order was still being worked on even though it was supposed to be ready 15 minutes before then. Terrible customer service
