If i was rating this place on their food alone it would be quite pleasant- but unfortunately im not. There was a single server for the entire place which meant it took forever to get an order in, and even then he was so rushed that he cut me off and walked away before our table was even done ordering. When food started to arrive it came at odd intervals with items forgotten, and then remembered and some items completely forgotten all together. I even pointed out to the server that we were missing 1 of the 4 rolls ordered and then it never arrived, but was still on the bill, and when i brought it up again he kept insisting that we got all of our food. I was so frustrated that I paid and left. Overall this seems much more like an operations issue than an issue with food quality but I would rather walk the extra 200 ft to Okinawa than ever set foot in Sushi Bay again.

Walked by tonight and saw their sign for “late happy hour Sunday-Thursday 8:30-9:30pm” so decided to stop in for a roll. When I got the check they told me they don’t do that happy hour on Sunday and nothing they could do about fixing the issue. Besides that frustration the Dragon Roll I got was 95% cucumber w a sliver of eel. Defeated not worth it.
Best sushi in the Highlands!Reasonable prices and nice staff.

Amazing sushi in the Denver area and I live in arvada..I order from them through uber and it's always on time and FRESH. the CRAZY TUNA ALONG WITH THIS MAGICAL SPICY SAUCE IT COMES WITH IS THE BEST COMBO I have ever tasted at a sushi restaurant. I had to add the caps for the understanding of how amazing this dish is. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SUSHI HIGHLY ? ? ?
