I went on a snowy night and there were only a few seats taken. The wait staff are very attentive. The food was amazing! I tried the 15 course omakase and dessert. Each one was tasty and flavorful- and had different flavors. The quality of the fish and ingredients were excellent. If you have a refined palate and are looking for a special dining experience you need to try SYC! I will be back soon!

The service is impeccable and the quality of the food was amazing. I really like the different burst of flavors. My favorite I would say is the desert at the end. It's light and the perfect sweet. I embarrassingly ate it so fast. I like the inside as well, the way we sit around a private area. Adds to the ambiance. I've been there about 6 times now and plan to take more of my clientele and out of state guests in the future.

Sushi by SYC is an absolute must if you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience. The 16-course Omakase was luxurious, creative, and perfectly paced — every dish built on the last in the best way possible.
The attention to detail is incredible, from the ingredients (yes, they fly in seafood daily and even brown sugar from Japan!) to the warm towels and thoughtful presentation. It’s elegant but still approachable and fun.
The drinks are also top-notch — the Old Fashioned and Manhattan were both excellent, and their house sake was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Perfect for a special night out, an anniversary, or just because. Easily one of my favorite meals in Denver.

Everything from the 15 course meal down to the desert was amazing! Well worth the price compared to other omakase's. The flavors were so pristine and complex. We also enjoyed the sake pairing. Can't wait to return with friends and family. Looking forward to their menu change in the future
