Ms Sync did it again! Her vision brought Denver another 5 ⭐️ food experience! You will be amaze from the time you arrive and to the very last course. 16 course Omakase experience with perfect pairing of amazing cocktail menu! The sushi chefs are very artistic with their presentation and everything was very delicious! The menu will change about every 3 weeks to get you excited for a another tasting! Come experience the magic at Sushi by Syc!
I’ve been to quite a few Omakase experiences in NY, this was my first in Denver and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh fish and creative flavors from top to bottom. Hard to pick a favorite piece. Attentive staff making sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. Very excited that Sushi by SYC is now in the neighborhood out here and I’ll be sure to go back. Highly recommend for Denver Sushi lovers looking for a unique experience in a great atmosphere!
We have been looking to try an omakase experience that tasted and felt as if we were back in Japan. Sushi by SYC is by far the closest. The atmosphere is intimate with counter seating for about 20 guests. Up close and personal with the chefs as they prepared each dish. The menu was thoughtfully curated and executed by the chefs, Joseph and Adrian. Each of the 16 dishes were skillfully prepared and better than the last as the menu progressed.
