I went here with my daughter this past week as she was getting ready to head into her nightshift at work. We went with the goal of ordering ramen. She had the chicken ramen and I had the miso ramen with pork. We are big ramen fans, but we would not return here for their ramen. It was just underwhelming starting with a broth that was OK but not amazing. The pork in the miso ramen was ground pork which was not what I would expect normally. We also were not super in love with their noodles. It was a generous portion but just was not what we were hoping for. We both only ate about half of our bowl. I brought the other half home and it is still sitting in the fridge because I am just not that excited about it.The sushi carousel is cool and while we cam in at 4:00 PM ahead of the dinner crowd I was impressed with how well it was stocked and the number of new rolls that were put out while we were there. We tried four different rolls and were happy with each of them, it really saved the overall experience for us.I was also impressed with the welcoming service and our waiter worked very hard to make sure that we had what we needed, offering multiple times to get us any type of sushi we would like if it was not on the carousel.Bottom line is that we would recommend skipping the ramen, but go for the sushi. The carousel is cool and a lot of fun. If you go between 3:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon they have a drink an sushi happy hour that will save you some money.

We got here just after 6 and left hungry almost 2 hours later. The conveyer belt was mostly empty the entire time and we had to order piece by piece most of the order. They messed up those twice.Other locations have been good but I wouldn’t recommend this one.Side note- they charge a living wage surcharge and it doesn’t bother me for their staff to get paid properly, they should. This just signals bad ownership. Instead of properly pricing and paying their employees appropriately, they make petty digs like this to the customer and to their employees.

I really enjoy Sushi Rama, but unfortunately I haven’t had the best experiences at this location. I’ve been in for a few visits at multiple times of day (lunch, dinner, happy hour) and there always seem to be very few plates of the more “traditional” sushi like tuna rolls, nigiri, etc. One of the reasons I love Sushi-Rama is the clear marking of “gluten free” because I have celiacs disease and can’t eat a lot of the fancy sushi and tempura rolls. However twice now I have gone at a normal meal time and sat for 30-45 minutes without any basic sushi being added to belt, other times weren’t as bad but still had the same issue. The chefs will spend a lot of time crafting the complex tempura and sauced rolls (which I’m sure are tasty for those who can eat them) but there seems to be no priority put on the other options. Yes, I can order those simple items separately, but the whole appeal of SR is the conveyor belt options. I haven’t had this issue at the other locations, so I may just need to drive farther and go to one of those from now on.Dietary restrictions: Basic sushi options (much of the gluten free) not a priority when they are restocking the belt

Love sushirama! The food is fresh and the staff is so nice! Plenty of options to choose from and they will bring anything to your table that doesn’t come frequently enough on the belt! Highly recommend!

We came here on a weekday night with about 14 people and no reservation and they graciously seated us all and still got the food out promptly. Service-wise - it is top-notch. They came to check on each of us and see if we wanted any other type of sushi that wasn't already on the conveyor. I ended up ordering a chicken ramen. I think food-wise, it wasn't the best place I've visited. The texture of the noodles felt a bit off and the soup seasoning wasn't very flavorful - it just tasted salty. Overall, I would come for the experience of it because it is fun to be seated at the conveyor and grab plates off of it.
