I love Sushi train!!! It’s one of my all time favorite spots for All you can eat. Great service , great price , fresh food, fast . I love the Beef lover roll and they have a great selection of appetizers not just rolls on AYCE. The staff is always friendly and attentive . I’ve been coming here for years and never had anything less than a wonderful experience. The sushi bar is fun it serves your order on an actual train .

We were visiting Denver from out of state for my son‘s 21st birthday. We researched a lot of places to eat that he was very excited about, and sushi train was one of them. We tried to go there for dinner tonight, and we were turned away, even though we got there well before their closing time. When we arrived, the neon “Open” sign was still flashing brightly, indicating that they were open. But when we got to the front doors, they were locked. We knocked politely after reading the sign on the front that said they were open until 10 PM and last call was 9:45 PM. We arrived at 9:25 PM. Late, but well before last call. A male employee opened the door a crack and poked his head out. We asked if we could be seated, and he told us they were closed. We pointed out that their sign indicated that they were open til 10pm and last call was 9:45 PM, but he still refused to let us in. Several people in my family, including myself have worked in the food service industry. So I’m well aware of what it’s like when you’re hoping to get off on time and customers come in late. But in the places we’ve worked, we never turned anyone away unless they literally walked in five minutes before the restaurant was closing. That was not the case with us. We were there 35 minutes before they closed. I sped to get there while my son went over the menu in the backseat so our party of three all knew what we wanted to order when we arrived. And again, we arrived 20 minutes before their posted last call time. We then had to sit in the parking lot and try to find a restaurant that was open LATER than 10pm, since now we really would be too late to go anywhere else. Needless to say, we will not be giving sushi train a second chance.

I liked it here. Service was great. The food was pretty good. The seating needs to be fixed a bit. The chairs were kind of uncomfortable. I really liked that they spaced out the tables. The food presentation was incredible. Id come back 🤗

So, my family is used to a different kind of sushi train, one where the train goes around with pre-made sushi and you grab what looks good and pay by the plate. However, this was closer to the conveyor resteraunts in Japan. You order(which is all you can eat) and it sends your order on the little train. The sushi was really good and even though it was a sushi train, the atmosphere was pretty chill.

We went there for my birthday dinner and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sushi! The AYCE dinner included all the premium rolls too. The wait staff were all so genuinely warm and welcoming. The Unagi was better than most I've had in Denver. They brought out a super yummy fried banana and ice cream dessert that we all loved. We'll definitely be coming back soon 🤩

Overall, great value all-you-can-eat sushi plus spot. I like that they have a little more options than sushi which makes it so my young kids love this place. Sushi is of medium+ quality, which is above expectations at the price point. Service has always been friendly and fast. Cool vibe on the inside.
Room for improvement: The exterior and parking lot are extremely run down. This made me very hesitant to try it for the first time and probably keeps business away. The interior could also be freshened up a little.
Food: the soba noodles dish is consistently over sauced, over sweet and tastes like a bottled store sauce. This could be much better. Same with the teriyaki chicken and sauces that come with katsu. All of the other food and sushi are at or above the expected quality for price and all-you-can-eat.

We are from Colorado Springs and this was our first experience eating at the Sushi Train and we all loved it. My 7 and 11 year old stated that they want to come back and eat here again. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Train was super fun to watch zooming ! We will definitely come back !
