I was suddenly craving an ice cream sandwich and walked here. It was absolutely delicious and so satisfying. The options were to get one pre-made out of the freezer or get a cookie in a cup with a scoop of ice cream on top. There was a chocolate chocolate chip cookie with cinnamon ice cream in the freezer. Stella was so helpful with recommending the options and heated up the frozen ice cream sandwich in the microwave for a few moments. They also have cups and water which was great! Fabulous experience. Stella is amazing and the ice cream is as well!

Boy do I love this place. Seriously some of the best ice cream flavors i’ve ever had. The Baklava ice cream is the best thing I’ve ever tried in my life. Been waiting almost a whole year for it to comr back, but maybe one day! I’d but lots of it if you guys make a batch. Thanks for being so awesome

We used Sweet Action's ice cream cart as our wedding vendor for Ice Cream instead of having wedding cake - and our guests loved it! They were flexible with timing, professional and prompt - and the ice cream was delicious! The pricing was incredibly reasonable as well compared to other similar vendors! Highly recommend!

The ice cream here is perfection because they make all the ice cream homemade. Also, it's fairly cheape. They exchange flavors every week so different varieties and flavors are always being made. I kept it simple and order just vanilla on a freshly made waffle cone amazing ice cream was soft creamy taste phenomenal. 100% recommend!

The ice cream is really good (albeit a bit expensive) but what made me choose 3 stars was the customer service. The person with long hair wearing a black mask and glasses seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but there, made my partner and I both feel bad for asking for sampling flavors with their negative aura.
Ugh, sweet action! So many late night memories of bar hopping along broadway and stopping to get some ice cream and then a slice of pizza from famous pizza. I know famous has been gone for awhile but at least sweet action is still here! It’s always fun to see what knew flavors they have!

Absolute garbage experience the milkshake I got was completely liquid. When I asked for a refund, they looked for my transaction for all of 30 seconds before saying there was nothing they could do. They didn’t ask if I wanted something else or if I would like a new one would definitely give -5 stars.
