I recently had the pleasure of being served by Mia at Sweet Cow, and I can’t say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, Mia’s warm and friendly energy made me feel welcome. She greeted me with a big smile and was genuinely excited to help me pick out the perfect flavor (even though I’m the type who changes my mind a thousand times).
Mia not only knows her ice cream flavors inside and out but also has a fantastic way of making recommendations. She took the time to explain each flavor I was curious about and even offered a few sample tastes to make sure I’d find the one I loved. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the experience even more fun and memorable.
Even when the line got a bit longer, Mia stayed calm and friendly, giving each customer the same level of attention and care. It’s clear she genuinely loves her job and making people’s day a little sweeter, one scoop at a time.
Sweet Cow is lucky to have such a superstar on their team. Thanks to Mia, I’ll be back to try every flavor! If you’re visiting Sweet Cow, I highly recommend hoping Mia is behind the counter – you’ll be in for a treat!

We had a horrendous experience with GrubHub. However, Daniel went above and beyond to make sure we got our order. I don’t know if there has ever been a more exceptional experience with a store. He stayed after closing , used a different platform to ensure we got our order. To the owner of this location, you have a manager that’s a diamond in the rough; this kind of care, customer service and hard work, truly is exemplary and I hope, truly valued by this organization. Also, the ice cream is amazing and they have worked with me in the past to guide me and make sure my order didn’t contain the item I’m allergic too.
Dietary restrictions: I called and verified if certain flavors were GF, Daniel walked me through items that didn’t contain gluten.
Visited this place for late night dessert. Pleasant staff. The ice cream was amazing and delicious! Reasonably priced for the quality. Highly recommend.

Went here tonight, parking isn’t the greatest but nothing really is on pearl street. We got there and waited in line. The wait was not that bad and the line moved at a decent pace. We got up to order and the order taker, Mia, was completely rude and not helpful. She didn’t really listen to any question I asked. My fiancée got a different person and they seemed to understand her. We went to pay and Mia passive aggressively slammed my pint down and walked away. A pint and cone was $16 which is fair. It the customer service was awful and a reason I would never go out of my way for this place. The ice cream overall was fine, my fiancée got the bananas foster and I got the raspberry chocolate chip. This is t anything different from Bonnie’s or little man and would probably go there before this place. Overall I would give this place a 4/10 Atmosphere/0 Customer 0 Ice 0
