Claustrophobia beware. You're gonna be stuck in a tiny space for 30 minutes without any help from the kids in the back. Supposedly I was standing in the wrong area I was supposed to be standing 36" to my left then I could have gotten service but kicker was there is no sign to indicate that and I was literally the only person in the joint. Insane.

I ordered a Quart of Golden Grahams ice cream on Door Dash.My experience with this establishment has been through Door Dash. I hesitate to order from the Pearl location now because they do not do a very thorough job on the cereal ice cream flavors which are my favorite. I do not have a choice in location on Door Dash even though I am between the two and have both options on Grub Hub.In this particular order I did not even get the ice cream I ordered. I can understand this happening if the one I ordered ran out-- but tell me that at least. I do not like to complain and I love Sweet Cow on 32nd, so I tried to accept the Golden Oreo they gave me. It was so bad I can not even get more than five bites in. Tasted nothing like what I have had before and I am a big fan of the Sweet Cow flavors which I have tried at the other location.This is unacceptable. It is expensive and makes me sad that because of where I am locally I do not get the same quality.Based off my experience I would stay away from this location and I am uninterested in visiting in person.

the icecream is amazing but sat in and heard what seemed to be the manager/owner yell at and belittle a clearly new employee for asking normal appropriate questions about how to do her job. highly would recommend better management and not treating employees this way especially in front of paying customers trying to enjoy an icecream "sweet" not so much!

Great ice cream! The service was fast and effective. It's a little small so don't plan on bringing a big group in the winter and sitting inside. Overall some of the best ice cream I've had!

Love this cute little spot on South Pearl St! Their ice cream is rich and flavorful, and the service is always so friendly. I love that Sweet Cow is relatively close to my house (any closer and it would be a dangerous habit). Highly recommend!
