Just FYI when ordering online from here. They didn't include any dressing with my salad, so here I am eating an overpriced dry salad. And then you try to call the store, and there is no option to speak with someone from the store.

Stumbled upon this place as I rarely stay on this side of downtown. Wow, the food is outstanding. Such a relief vs the normal junk. Hits the spot after a long day of travel. Had the caramelized steak bowl.

I hate to give negative reviews but feel like people should be warned. I placed an order for pick up (I recommend not doing this) for a fish taco bowl and came to find that the avocado was rotten, arugula wilted with slimy pieces and to top it off, stale chips. Definitely not ok after paying almost $20 bucks. I tried to salvage what I could and the only edible thing was the salmon. I had to throw the rest away. I won’t be ordering from here again which is sad because I love sweet green.

Well, I guess I should've read the reviews before coming to this location. I usually go to the Sweetgreens in Highlands Ranch and I guess they've set the bar pretty high. This Sweetgreens in downtown is a poor representation of what I've come to expect from their food and service. I couldn't believe the tiny portions given when we ordered the Chicken Parm and Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Chicken. The chicken pieces were tiny and the broccoli/brussel sprouts were so small it looked like they were scrapping the bottom of the barrel. To top it off, our server was not very happy to put our bowls together. I would not recommend wasting your time or parking fees to visit this shop.

The restaurant staff decided that a process that violates the contract is more important than their customer getting their food. This is also a violation of their contract, and these contractors do not work for them when this is brought to the management attention, they chose their process instead of taking care of their customer, just avoid this place. They clearly have no intention of taking care of people just themselves.

usually really good but the avacado they gave me with my salmon was very brown:/

The employees at this location are kind, the place is clean, and the service is speedy. Today I went in and they offered to hang on to my order so I could use the restroom. Little gestures go a long way!

Great vegan and gluten free options.

Such a great experience every time we go here! Food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. And the gentleman at the counter last Monday was so incredibly helpful and kind. Thank you for all you do!

Oh, I just got the WEIRDEST vibe from this place. I stopped in for something quick after returning from a short backpacking trip in Frisco via the Bustang. The employees seemed avoidant? It felt like they were uncomfortable talking to me. They were far more attentive and polite to the other customers.

After I left, I realized that perhaps they thought I was homeless because I had my 35L pack with me and had gotten sunburned today.

1) Definitely not unsheltered. I hiked 18 miles this morning and I just wanted a tofu quinoa kale bowl before going home. How many unsheltered people come in for tofu quinoa kale bowls and a grapefruit sparkling water?? My expensive trekking poles were strapped to my bag, I was wearing Altra trail runners, and holding my Nalgene. It was super obvious that I had just come back from a hiking thing.

2) If I had been an unsheltered person coming in to buy a salad, the employees should still be polite. Gosh, their discomfort was palpable.

3) I can make a better miso glaze than this.

Honestly, the food wasn’t my favorite. If anyone’s ever tried aubergine in Utah, it’s like 10 times better specially the hardest.

There are two vegan options. I had the shroomami. The tofu and mushrooms were good, and I liked the spicy dressing that came on the side. It was very heavy on the greens - much more than I would have liked. I ate the toppings and not much of the kale. It is open at more hours than most places but is pricy for what you get. Worth considering and trying if you find yourself needing vegan food and like salads.
