Love this place. Reasonably priced and food is always consistent. I get a mixed salad with arugula & kale, spicy broccoli, garbanzo beans, goat cheese, sweet potato, crispy rice and the cilantro lime vinaigrette, it’s the best!

Ordered through Sweetgreen website for an office lunch for my team at my workplace. The courier did not make the delivery but I got an email that the food was delivered. Unable to call the restaurant. They only have assistance by text. It took 20 mins for the person texting to respond and address the issue.

We order salads every Friday. 4 salads delivered comes out to around $75. About 30% of the time they are really undersized with about half to two thirds of the normal portion. We submit the feedback but never hear back from SG. If the salads were full size every time they would get 5 stars across the board but because of the lack of consistency and no follow up, I give 3 stars.

Restaurant itself is fine, but ordering online is a massive hassle. Ordering through google wouldn’t work, nor would ordering through the website (on my iPhone that is). When I try to call to ask for help, there’s no option to speak to an in store employee. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting with no luck, I decided to give up and go to Whole Foods.

The whole team was very helpful and friendly! Uber eats blamed me for an error with their app, the sweetgreen manager solved the problem. Food was great and it's a very comfortable store!

Made to order salads and bowls. Tried the miso glazed salmon and it hit the spot perfectly. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. There are also lots of other fun items to try, so I will surely be getting back over there soon. Service was good. Place was clean. Happy customer.

My order was just completely wrong. Wrong lettuce wrong protein wrong toppings. It’s like they just guessed how to make it? Is it not written down somewhere? Huge bummer won’t be going to this location

Agree with other reviews with online orders. Ordered at 11:30AM during the week and I was told a 45 minute wait. Got to the store an hour later, 12:45PM still not ready. I waited an additional 20 mins and had to go. Completely missed my food. Phone/ online support is a AI asking to help.. wasted $20 on nothing. Will not ever eat at Sweetgreen again.
