I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Do not order delivery from here! 4 parts of my order were missing including the sauce which I would argue is maybe the most critical. They also don't seal the bag so there's a small chance it was the uber eats driver but that's still kinda on them at the end of the day. Booo!

This is one of our favorite places. The other night our order was definitely way off… it took forever to prepare and food portions and ratios were all not as expected.
I’ve included photos of our side of sweet potatoes. Menu example looks nothing like what we received lol. It seems like half of the portion is missing. Definitely disappointed.

5 people on staff, no one in line and I had to ask 3 different people where my order was and why it was taking so long. No one seemed to know what they were doing, nor cared about serving customers. Got my order with no apologies. Bread was missing and salad dressing was barely added or mixed in (as requested) making it very dry. So, overall a terrible experience and not worth the price you pay.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

You seriously can’t eat anywhere healthier than this place. Everything is delicious, and fills you up. Every time I come here I immediately feel better after eating. Highly recommend !!
