I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

Visited Madison, WI for a swim meet this weekend and I discovered SG. I cannot even put into words how delicious the menu is. I didn't go just once...I came back...a total of 4 times!! Tried new things each time - the sauces are unbelievable, ingredients so fresh! Every single time the staff was helpful, smiling, and genuinely kind. Such a happy and joyful vibe. A special shout out to Melvin and Chaz, you guys rock!! Thank you!! I will forever be a fan. šŸ’š

I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.

a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

We had high Hopes for this healthy food choice. could not have been more dissapointed. highly advertised ripple fries, cold and tasteless. 4.55 for about 8 chip/slices. My hot honey chicken bowl was mostly quino, very little slaw and the sweet potatoes cold and tough. the carrot slices were bland and discolored, like they had been sliced days before.the chicken was tough. I was lucky enough to have been given some bread from my friend I was dining with. my bowl and fries,no drink, but gave tip, came to almost 24 dollars. I left hungry and should have said something but didn’t. also, while dining, a gal behind the counter kept running a very large grinder, it took her 2 hands to run it, was so big and loud. we had to stop in the middle of our conversation several times because we could not hear each other. overall not a good experience. on the upside, place was clean, help was friendly, water was cold and easily available. will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

I love their hot honey chicken, Kale Cesar, and their seasonal dishes are always bomb. I appreciate the walk up, create what you want, grab and go style. Oh also, their side of bread is so good. The portion sizes are good for each meal and super flavorful and filling, with super fresh crisp ingredients. Great location too.

Dear Sweet Green. My fav thing about running errands is NOT STOPPING at SG any more ….why? You guys are ridiculous now, first, all the prices when up, ok I get it…. Inflation, the portion size got smaller but the prices got higher, then you can only get 2 salad dressings, anything over that you got to pay, now you took away the salad bowl and serving the salads in the plates that you serve the grain plates, prices didn’t go downšŸ¤ØšŸ¤ØšŸ¤”šŸ¤”, Your customers can now count the leaves of the greens that’s in the salads. Very ridiculous, very unfair, very not buying anymore! #disappointed. sweetgreen @sweetgreen

WARNING: THEY COOK ALL PROTIEN IN AVACADO OIL. I was incredibly disappointed by my experience at Sweet Greens, apparently there’s a tiny sign that’s at best half visible on the glass that says to announce your allergies. I didn’t see it, so I ordered a normal bowl. The young woman promptly forgot my order after adding the first few ingredients to the bowl and asked if I was having an Avocado and something-or-other bowl. I said ā€œNo, I’m allergic to avocado. I ordered the steak bowl.ā€ At which point she informed me quite rudely that I had not announced my allergies. She never asked. The sign she pointed out was completely covered by another sign. She uncovered it and told me that all their protein is cooked in Avocado Oil. As someone who is very allergic this, it would be GREAT TO KNOW UP FRONT. This isn’t a common cooking oil choice and should be clearly stated. Had she not been so forgetful, I wouldn’t have known and would have eaten it. She then rudely acted like I should just leave. I was having lunch w/a friend so that was not an option and I told her so. Instead she made me somehow a $20 vegetarian salad (!!) and I will probably never go back. To be fair, the other older woman who helped my friend seemed LOVELY and I wish I had worked with her, though I may never have discovered the oil until it was too late. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Employees cannot read and understand simple instructions, almost every-time we order from here, every item is missing something, or has something added that we didn’t request. They are one allergic reaction from killing someone and shutting down because they refuse to have any sort of attention to detail, it’s salads, not rocket science. Also outrageously expensive for food that is rarely prepared correctly. Go to the other location if you value time, money and patience.
