I don't like ordering from Uber and I'll never evaluate do it again. My bag wasn't sealed the form of transportation was a incorrect. Overall I love their salads but honestly imma ever ordering it again not knowing if my food was tampered with

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

When they get it right, the food is delicious. Unfortunately they almost never get it right. I live pretty close to this location, so I’ve given them a bunch of chances. When I order in the app, my order is almost always wrong. Examples I’ve personally experienced include, no dressing, green goddess dressing on a miso glazed salmon, forgotten items (apples on a harvest bowl), missing protein on a bowl, and once a bowl that belonged to another order was swapped with my order. I’ve started going in to order as my order is almost always correct when I go in store. Tonight, my order was correct, however, the rice is uncooked and crunchy. This place has so much potential to be amazing, but lately I’ve just been disappointed.

I had the autumn harvest bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I swapped out the shredded kale for spinach and we added some Parm cheese. Also, it was absolutely amazing and only 900 cal for a huge bowl.

Two or three times a week, I drive 45 minutes just to get our favorite salad from this place—one large bowl for me and another for my husband. Then I drive another 45 minutes back home, just because we love this Salad Last week once I opened the lid and started to eat, i found a long hair in between the greens and when I tried to remove it, it broke apart. We were disgusted by the sight and ended up throwing the salad in the trash because it was so revolting. Please make sure to cover head and beard hair properly, as this is extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
My to go order was completed 21 minutes early so my food was not warm when I picked it up. Despite being “ready” early, none of the dressings were included and that was not realized until I got home.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

I have tried this location 3x over the last few months each experience getting worse than the last. When the workers make a mistake on the added ingredient (which is often) they pick the ingredient out of the salad and add it back to the stored container. There was a piece of steak in the quinoa, which they just picked out and put it back with the other steak. As a vegetarian I do not feel comfortable here and I warn everyone with food allergies this is a total disaster. To make it worse, the last time I found hair in my food. The workers are friendly but totally clueless. Do not go to this location!
