Absolutely delicious food, but the experience was dampened by the server’s attitude when we tried to move the tables to fit our group — and that’s the reason it’s a 3-star review instead of 5.

This place is delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive, and they sling dishes out quickly, hot, and bursting with flavor! I order take out from them all the time and the food is always always excellent!

I don’t know why anyone would blame the restaurant for asking to specify if you want utensils when you order takeout, it’s in an effort to reduce plastic for the environment - and most places on DoorDash do it!

Either way, you won’t be disappointed in the food (in store or takeout) from Hey Bangkok!

Ordered door dash and they didn’t include utensils or condiments.. apparently you have to specifically ask for them- cheap and stingy. I’m at work and can’t leave so I guess I’m out of luck or using my hands.

Edit: I ordered another door dash and specified utensils- just ate the meal and couldn’t even finish because this food is so mid.

The restaurant is simple but the decoration is warm, the background is full of Thai style. There are not too many dishes but the quality is quite good and the wait not long, the food comes out quickly, everyone should come and try it.

Yesterday I wanted some good Thai food. Searching I found Hey Bangkok! Looking at prices, I found a dish that sounded good, price $11. When I got to the location, the menu said it was $16. Being in a hurry to get to my destination I ordered. The food was OK, not too good, not too bad. I told the server about the error online, he didn't seem to have much empathy for what I was saying, he said the owners would need to make that change. I won't be coming back, it was disappointing. 😔

We loved their fried chicken appetizer! Went with dark meat as it’s usually more juicy than white. Their drunken noodles were also great. Ordered medium spicy and it left my tongue and lips tingling. There is a parking lot in front of the restaurant if you decide to drive.

My dinner was not just bad, it was inedible, even after rinsing the sauce off. The cook apparently accidently dumped the entire contents of the salt shaker into my dish. I had to throw it away.

Parking: Plenty of parking

short simple and sweet menu. Nothing too crazy about the service, we were kinda confused if it was a dine in or take out only. But you can sit anywhere you want and they will come to you because it is a small place. Loved how small the menu was made it easy to make a decision. For starters our cups had lip stick still on it from the people before so ask for a straw. And we found 3 pieces of hair in our food that was not us. So thats not very inviting for us to come back. We will try it again, hopefully it will be cleaner. Food was good and they provided a spoon and a fork with the meal which is top tier when eating Thai food.

I was so excited to try this place after seeing several great reviews with delicious looking dishes in the photos. That was not my experience at all. Pad Thai was only made of noodles, chicken, very bland sauce, and a bean sprout here or there. Not at all what is shown in the photos / what is expected when ordering pad thai - fresh carrots and spouts, peanuts, and lime. I don’t understand why the takeout is so different from what is perceived to be served in the restaurant. I won’t be coming back here…
