Great sunny spot for breakfast or brunch. Nestled right in the Edgewater plaza.

The atmosphere was OK. The service was spotty at best but the food was very good and came out quickly after we ordered. Apparently the kitchen is unwilling or unable to make slight modifications to meals. I asked for aioli on the side of a sandwich yet it came out on the sandwich contrary to my request. I asked for tater tots without the green chili sauce and was told the kitchen “ can’t do that”. Why? I asked for tater tots smashed with cheese on that. “ The kitchen won’t do that” I asked for plain tater tots.. oh we can do that but can’t mash them or add cheese to them ? Um why? I thought we were the customers? We ordered grapefruit blackberry mimosa’s first .. and waited and waited.. food came rather quickly but still no mimosas. Someone else finally showed up with our drinks. The waitress showed up 10 minutes later and I told her not to worry we got our own drinks… Huh? Bless her heart.. Food was on point but subpar service means we have 86’d Syrup off the breakfast circuit. Snooze AM will get our repeat business!

This is such a yummy place to have brunch at. The staff are always, always kind and the food never disappoints. I’ve been coming here since I was pregnant and now I bring my 8 month old. Recently, the potato’s were slightly different. They weren’t as seasoned as they’ve been before but they still tasted great. Hopefully the same cook hasn’t left!

Had a really great breakfast here! The food was delicious, fresh, and came out quickly. The patio is a standout — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing morning. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to start your day!

I had brunch with my family after a graduation ceremony. It's located outside the Edgewater Public Market. We had a very comfortable time. The breakfast burger, a combination of ground beef and Chorizo with a fried egg, was very unique and slightly spicy. The coffee was also delicious. The pancakes and skillet that my family ordered were also delicious.

Music was too loud, we were one water short but that was noticed by the staff. Had to wait a good 20 minutes for our order to be taken. I have food allergies and my order was well accommodated. The food was delicious and the Lavender lemonade was very good. I would definitely recommend and next time I'm in town will be back.

Love this spot, I am so glad that there is a great breakfast spot with great vegan options in Edgewater! Their vegan egg is a little pricey, but worth every penny. They give nice size portions and always cook it perfectly.

Came with a large group and they were very accomodating. Server was very attentitive and helpful in choosing options. Breakfast Tacos with chicken chorizo were delicious Id try it again. The things that could improvement is that the drinks are a little overpriced. I spent $5 on one softdrink.

Out of all the Syrup locations in Denver, this one more often has seating available when I walk-in. I always return for their delicious tots that pair well with hollandaise or eggs. The different protein options are delicious, both meat and vegan options. I enjoy their mimosa carafes as well, and the seasonal juice options are fun to try. This location has an outdoor patio, but don’t expect it for people-watching. However, the restaurant IS right next to some popular and lively spots, such as Edgewater Marketplace and Sloan’s Lake.

Food was pretty good, but the service was terrible. All of the servers pretty much just hung out the entire time. Didn’t see our server again until it was time to pay. It was social hour for all of the servers while we watched the manager running around doing all of their work for them.
