It was a nice surprise to find vegan options at this cute cafe in the Denver Science and Nature Museum. Their ramen bowl was really good, and they also offered a salad bar and fresh fruit.
Went back after 2 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find way more clearly labeled vegan items! Didn't look at everything but can share they had vegan broth and tofu at the make your own noodle bar place, jackfruit nuggets at the BBQ place, and the salad bar still looks like a good option.
It was okay food for a museum. I did not know they had burgers and BBQ on the other side, but we had pizza, salad, hot dogs and chips with drinks. We had a good seating area and the food area was clean and easy to follow when looking for plastic ware. Free refills on drinks. When we go back, we'll try their other options. Friendly staff.
