Took them so long to make my order. Walked in thinking it was going to be faster NOPE.

Second time, after many orders . No sauce as ordered and the chili cheese burritos that are more than 4$ are like not even burrito size, ridiculous customer service.

I give one stars because of the fact that I made an order like around 10:00 this morning October 20th 2025 and it was 3 hours after I made the order that I called talk the store to see if anybody picked up the order or if it if anybody knew anything about it the person that answered the phone said it was waiting there for 3 hours I called DoorDash because the person at Taco Bell that answered the phone said I had to call DoorDash because it was their fault or their responsibility so I called DoorDash they said it was Taco Bell's fault since then I've been trying to get ahold of the store and nothing no one answers also apparently somebody from DoorDash told me an order was placed at 2:30 the same day today which and I was forced to order from another place and it was delivered with in 15 mins I've been trying to cancel on the Taco Bell app since 1:00 and wasn't allowed to do so I'm really unsatisfied with this never had an issue with this store before and I am really pissed off, so the order was delivered anyway in the food is cold not happy the box was warm as if it was sitting on a warmer

I want to say, that this day and age of terrible customer service and lackluster employee help… we were greeted with exceptional help this evening by a young man named Adrian. He was such a respectful employee that went above and beyond with customer service. I just wanted to say thank you.

Grabbed a cheese quesadilla and a Crunchwrap supreme. Both were falling apart. Almost no cheese in the quesadilla and the Crunchwrap must have not been pressed enough because everything was coming out. Especially for the price.

Last two times I've been to the drive-thru first time nobody was answering the call box this was in the morning during hours of operation the second time I was trying to order a bacon breakfast burrito they had no bacon and this was 15 minutes after they opened in the morning very disappointed

I give 4 stars because they got my very complicated order right! Thank you for that! But.. I did Uber eats and it looked like most of the time waiting for my order, the driver was at the restaurant, although he might not have been. The food was so cold by the time I got it and I'm only about 5 minutes away. I don't know who's fault that is. If this is the taco bell's fault, this review would change to a 1. Also, the bean burritos have gotten so small! 😔

I got like 6 beans in my cheesy gordita crunch... This location consistently has terrible service, either completely ignoring you in the lobby or taking 10-15 extra minutes off of what the app says. Guess I'll be driving farther to avoid this location..

First they forgot one of my burritos. Then I get back home AGAIN and this is the taco I get??? Not once did I ask for a plain broken cold taco or was it stated on the receipt. This place is getting ridiculous. You'd think the managers would know how to train or help on expo and the regional managers would do something. Dont waste your time here.
