Be ready for 30 minute wait times if you don’t go through the drive thru
Bro who is the franchise owner?? So incompetent maybe hire more people so yall aren’t so GD slow?? Also I take free soda since yall need to comp me for taking longer than a regular non fast food restaurant and I hope that makes the owner seethe
I ordered my food and got the wrong food so I went back and tried to get the right food. I have a loud truck so I was making sure she would hear me and claimed I was yelling at her. Ps I told her I wasn’t meaning to yell. They shut the door on me so I went back around tried to get my food and then they give me the wrong food again. These were Mexicans that could not understand what I was saying. The manager was snotty and not willing to give me the right stuff. Horrible service and got one flat burrito in the end and paid for three. Taco Bell sucks.

If you want decent Taco Bell do not go to this location. They don’t care about the quality of what they are putting out. Every single time it’s wrong and just tastes soggy and gross and I live 3 min away!!!!
Closed inside long before the hours listen on the website.

Customer service is bad this morning
This location sucks. Consistently makes crappy quality food. Sloppy. This one is right down the street from me but I will gladly drive 10 minutes to a different location.
I live less than a quarter mile from this location so it's pretty much my home base. I've lived here since 2018 and have never really experienced as many issues as I have in the last year to year and a half at this particular location. I don't know why but for whatever reason things have been declining steadily in that time. It used to be that every once in a while I would have something wrong with my order (like all places), then it became about half of the time and now it's every time. Every time now there is either something made wrong or I'm missing several items or both. I've tried ordering on the app to see if that would make it happen less and it hasn't made a difference. I've had to make sure to pull into the parking lot and check everything every time now but I'm just over it, unfortunately. Besides that, this is also a breakfast location and there have been several times where I have shown up at 10am and there is no one even manning the store, it's just closed. The employees here have been nice and the store is well kept but I just can't justify spending my money there anymore.
Should also note that when I have come back inside to get missing items they just take my word for it, they don't ask for a receipt or anything (not that they ever really hand me a receipt). Luckily I'm an honest person so I wouldn't take advantage but I'm sure plenty people would. Honestly, it just seems like missing/wrong items are so normal to them that it's never occured to them to try to verify things.
Dietary restrictions: I've asked lots of times to have things made without certain ingredients (like, no onions for example) and they almost always get it wrong.
