Most of the time I come in here and the place is pretty good But the last few times it’s been pretty bad had stal chips and a soggy taco i wouldn’t eat ………. Also the time before I came here and I got a bunch of chip crumbs for my nachos , All I ask is give me something free or do better next time

I walked inside for take out. Ordered 2 piece original meal and 3 soft tacos. The individual at the counter was great. But when I got home with the food, I almost threw it out. The chicken has to come from a baby chicken. The pieces were so small. A few bites and they were done. The biscuit was rock hard. It crumbled from dryness in my hand. The soft tacos were not even warm. I expected hot food when I went straight home. I got cold tacos. I worked in the food industry and this was a piss poor effort by the kitchen staff. You're lucky I couldn't give you any stars.

You can definitely tell that this particular place made accomodations during lockdowns, and has since became too lazy to bring it back up to speed.
This place has a third of the eating area blocked off for what is now their napkin and lid storage. Like if that's what the public needs in case of armageddon. When I went to order, the staff was insistent on us rushing our order in, only to take longer to get our meals even prepped and ready. Then the goofballs just slung a box into a bag and called it a day for us.
Definitely one to avoid.

Havent eaten at kfc in many years since they found worms in your uncooked chicken. Said f it and stopped by since i used to come to this specific kfc after school. Got the pot pie. Big ass chicken bone in there. The kind you choke on. Smh fool me a million times shame on me tho

Order was wrong , taco shells were not good, portions are too small, cold, where has the good service gone? Employees show absolutely no pride in their jobs, just their to collect a paycheck.

Very friendly manager and employees here. Initially I thought they forgot to give me guacamole and sour cream for my quesadilla meal. I went inside to inform them of this. When, who I assume was the manager, looked in my bag, he apologized and even said they clearly didn’t do a very good job making the meal I ordered. He let me keep the original food and remade the entire meal for me. They could have easily just given me guac and sour cream and I would have been fine with that, but they really went the extra mile to make things right. Shoutout to this Taco Bell location!
Evening crew was nice but the food was BAD. Plus, they missed my side of coleslaw for my meal. The chicken nuggets and sandwich were SO DRY! It was a waste of $14 and my time.
