I typically don't review fast food restaurants because of the high turnover rates and generally spotty service, but what they're doing here is crazy. Literally told me to circle back through the long drive-thru line to pick up my food.
I placed a mobile order, went through the drive-thru, and gave my name at the ordering speaker (so you'd think my order would be entered in the queue, on the screens that the staff use to make each order, after the car in front of me and before the car behind me).
When I pulled up to the window they told me to circle back around the drive-thru line again so they could make my food fresh, because it was a mobile order (as if that should make any difference). That makes absolutely zero sense, and they did the same thing to my s/o recently.
Having to circle back through a long drive-thru line defeats the whole purpose of the order of the line! Especially when the mobile order was placed before entering the drive-thru line in the first place. I am really curious to see if they try this nonsense again, quite possibly the most bizarre fast food experience I've ever had. Btw I did not circle back through the line.

The only thing that I like about this place is the food. I've only been there in the mornings. I understand that there's problems and all that, but it's every time. They take forever to answer the speaker. I even banged on the window to get them to take my order. I only go there when I have time.
Marcela and Manuel have restored some hope for me with their actions. I wasn't given the correct change and I didn't notice, until, later on. After hours in traffic, I finally made it back to the store. I told Marcela about my situation. She didn't argue or second guess me. She told me to give her a minute. She talked to Manuel about it. They did their thing and figured everything out. Marcela gave me the correct change and I went on my way back into traffic.
