This TB is one of many that has the worst operations. Always out of food, short of staff, and messing up orders. 👎

The lady in the window needs a raise (I think she said her name was Wendy ) she was so kind With a great personality she gave me amazing customer service making me feel very welcomed. My chalupas were hot and perfect and I ordered at like 1am

USE THE PICK UP AREA FOR TO GO ORDERS. I'm tired of ordering ahead just to be ignored at the counter when picking up. Just because you have an online order and drive thru doesn't mean you get to ignore the physical customers in the lobby. Do better managers.

Only issue was there lights weren't on out side. It was almost 10 pm. I had to drive right up to drive through to figure out if they where open. Food was good

The tacos was so dry it was nasty too

Came in a few days ago for 2 classic lux boxes. The tacos had barely any meat at all and the burritos were very runny. There was no texture to the beans and everything was kind of mixed together creating a weird off putting color. My main concern was the temperature of the food. The chips were ice cold and so was half of the burritos. We ended up discarding the burritos and chips. This was pretty early in the day so I feel like it should have been fresh.

This taco bell is VERY understaffed. Im not sure why there is only two people working at night when the demand of the food is higher than the output. Please be patient and talk to the nice lady with care she works so hard.

I came today 4.24.25 at 945am I live on smokey Hill and Quincy but I'm the area sometimes this is my second time here and the same girl that takes orders and making food is very attitudey all the time she doesn't change gloves after handling money and making food very unsanitary money is dirty dirty everyone know that plus her customer service sucks her attitude sucks the skinny girl you know who she is raggedy attitude can't wait till no more humans only computers and robots they are already doing it and this is why no one fights to keep y'all jobs because y'all suck with the public do better
