This place is terrible, the staff don’t care, they can’t stay in stock on things like beef or tortillas, they don’t take care of their customers when they mess things up, they won’t refund the orders that get stolen by door dashers. This specific store in general is trash.

There is always a delay at this Taco Bell. The staff doesn’t pay attention to customers who arrive, and you can be waiting 20–30 minutes while they don’t even bother to check on orders. Several times they’ve said my order is still being prepared, when it’s clearly sitting there ready. They’ve even claimed someone else took my order, with no immediate solution. The lack of organization and customer service is frustrating. Hopefully they improve, because the food is not worth the wait.
