Taco bell,today had worst food, they did not heat up the meat ,the shells were soggy and I tried to return the food they said they don't give refunds after an experience like that would you want get more food from there the food was heat or cooked well and the costumer service was not good either,please check your food before leaving

Waited 45 mins for our food and it was the WRONG order. $40 wasted. The food they gave us wasn’t even edible. Sloppy and soggy. 🤬 I don’t understand how hard it is to double check an order before it’s given out! They don’t even attached a receipt! Now I remember why I stopped eating Taco Bell. Ugh!!
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! Please consider going to a different Taco Bell.

don’t even get me STARTED. taco bell is the most delicious thing ever. i eat taco bell every week. i love taco bell. i live taco bell. i LIVE FOR taco bell. taco bell is the reason i’m still alive. who ever made taco bell can GET IT. taco bell is very yummy in my big fat tummy. taco bell is MY LIFE. without taco bell i don’t know what i would do. don’t even get me started on mexican pizzas. mexican pizzas are the perfect mix of crunchy and soft all in one. the amazing flavor of beef, cheese, sauce, tomato, lettuce, and shell is PERFECT. i love the way they all just combine into something so amazing!! i love you taco bell. pls send free baja blast.

My husband and I went inside to eat. I ordered a number 7, and he ordered a number 2. Thank goodness we ate inside, because my taco was missing, and all three of my husband's tacos were supposed to be supreme, but they forgot to add sour cream to them.
My husband let the staff know that they had forgotten to include sour cream in his tacos, and he asked if they could please fix them. The manager came over, visibly irritated and angry that we were asking for a correction. She told him that he had ordered the tacos without sour cream.
My husband explained that if you look at the picture, it shows the tacos as supreme. The manager replied that he was supposed to specify that he wanted them supreme. He insisted that the staff never asked him, and since the picture showed them as supreme, he assumed that’s what he would receive.
At this point, she became even more upset, snatched the tacos out of my husband's hand, rolled her eyes, and walked away. Eventually, they remade the tacos, but there was barely any filling; it was mostly tortilla.
All I can say is to avoid this place. The customer service was horrible, and we will never go back.
