Did a mobile order and made me go around the drive through twice because they could not get mine done fast enough. It had 5 items and a drink….

Got a $5 box when i both ordered and paid for a $7 box. Tried to call to ask if they could do anything to fix it before i waste my time driving over there and they would not answer.
This Taco Bell is hit or miss. They have a few employees that have been there for over 20 years! They work really hard to keep it nice but because it's right off of Colfax it's difficult to keep the place clean and there seems to be a lot of turnover with the rest of the employees. It's either really bad with food, service, & the atmosphere or it's the complete opposite. Hopefully it can stay open because everything else around it has closed. :(

I visited the Taco Bell at 1775 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80218 on February 3rd, 2025, at around 8:30 PM, and it was a terrible experience. I waited inside for about 20 minutes, and not one employee offered to help me. All I wanted was two sodas I ordered from the kiosk, but despite there being about six employees behind the counter, no one assisted me.
One female employee kept going outside to buy items from the unhoused individuals out front, and every time I tried to ask for help, the employees would just stare at me and walk away. I've worked in retail for 13 years, so I understand when things get busy, but this was not the case. The unprofessionalism was shocking, and this was probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a Taco Bell.
After an additional 5 minutes of waiting, still no one acknowledged me. It was only when my mom came inside and demanded that someone do their job that an employee finally came to the counter and asked what I needed. I ended up just asking for the cups and filled them up myself. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The location of Colfax and Williams is one I will never return to. I am hesitant to give bad reviews, but this is specifically about the woman's bathroom. The staff and food were good as usual, but the grate in the bathroom is missing and the plate below is cracked open with the nauseating stench of sewers wafting upwards. Normally I would have left but could not hold it until I went elsewhere. I almost got sick and once finished using the facilities I left immediately. I did not say anything to the staff as I feel it's the owners responsibility if privately owned or the corporate owners to fix something like that as swiftly as possible. The women and men at this location are working hard but that is beyond their job duties and the woman's bathroom should be closed until that is completely fixed!!!!! I also took a picture of the openning and the front of the store.
Parking: Nine to ten regular spots two handicapped.

went through the drive through last night to get my friends and i food. got half the food but we were missing 6 burritos. when we asked if they gave us everything, the woman at the window said yes like she was annoyed wed even ask. went to go call them to ask for a refund and their number is out of order.
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell so far. No one was helping the customers or delivery drivers for a solid ten minutes. Other crew members were glued to their stations. One guy even tried looking for the woman that was supposed to help out at front, but she was nowhere to be seen for a solid ten minutes. When a lady finally came up to me and I asked for my order which was very clearly sitting at the shelf behind the counter with my name on it, she told me to wait a few minutes. Thought she was gonna help a few customers out and then give me my order with the other two drinks on my receipt. Not the case. Instead she went back to one of her stations and did other things. I was impatient. Finally after waiting around even longer, another lady who seemingly was in charge at the front began helping customers and drivers and finally gave me my meal behind the counter. I arrived home to try to enjoy my meal only to realize that I was missing a few items in my bag after alllll that unnecessary waiting around I had to do. There’s poor communication between staff members, the place wasn’t very clean, and I just felt uncomfortable being there. At this point I’d rather order from the one on Broadway.

I don’t typically leave reviews and this location is generally iffy at best but tonight was a whole new level. All our tacos were crushed, we were missing items, and the nacho cheese sauce was frozen? I would skip this location.

Nyah is the sweetest person I’ve ever come across. Her customer service is next level! I’m not kidding when I say she deserves a promotion or raise! This is the epitome of customer service! Nyah Thank You for being understanding while learning the new Taco Bell menu! And Thank You for being your sweet self! I will be back just because of Nyah!

Look, I know this is fast food and you shouldn’t expect too much. Have you ever seen a Taco Bell rated above a 3.2? Likely not. HOWEVER, this place is the crown jewel in the festering crown of horrid Taco Bell stores.
Not only is it along the infamous Colfax (iykyk) but the biggest issue of all is this spot has inept employees masquerading as managers. They don’t give you the sauces or items that you ask for. Every order is messed up to some degree. And when you complain, you have employees loudly proclaiming this job sucks and they don’t care and corporate doesn’t care so why should they? Made readily more apparent when you do call corporate and get a call center employee who is robotic in nature and offers you a paltry $10 coupon for your time, inconvenience and to replace your cold, crappy food. I literally got my order delivered only to have to drive over to this store and try to get what I need, only for the jackal working drive-thru to putz around and yank my chain.
I’m a huge TB fan, anyone who knows me knows this. But I’m dead tired of these soulless corporate entities giving us short shrift on our food and money. Taco Bell Corporate, I’m sure you’ll never read this but if you do, it would be cool if you could do the decent thing and hold employees and their output accountable ffs. Also make sure your stores are well stocked. We’re tired of this.

There is a manager by the name of Cassandra who works at this location working in the drive thru evening through the night shift. Worst customer service I've ever had!! Cassandra misunderstood a request with my order I placed at the speaker and informed me that it will be an extra 1.25 charge to upsize my fountain drinks for a slushy freeze drink they were promoting in which I was willing to pay for. She then proceeded to tell me that she could not take an order at the window and I had to proceed back through the drive-thru and to fix the order... So I did exactly that! Ms Cassandra refused to answer the speaker and just had me sitting there waiting. I took that time to review what I had ordered seeing my two combo meals come with a medium drink. After Cassandra refused to answer me at the speaker I then drove back up to the drive-thru window and requested a refund because I had been sitting there for 15 minutes and the food was now cold and the drinks were already melting. Cassandra then told me to come inside for a refund, which I did and Cassandra totally ignored me standing at the counter with the cold food and drinks waiting on her to give me my refund. I ask Cassandra to stop ignoring me and just give me a refund and I can go to a different location and place my order. She then told me she was not giving me a refund and that I needed to leave the store or she will call the police and have me removed!! At this point I'm very upset but still keeping calm dealing with the situation at hand with Cassandra. After axing for a refund several times and being ignored by Cassandra I started recording her behavior because at this moment I am now finding out that she is the manager running the store at the moment! Sitting there for another 20 minutes the police arrived and listened to Cassandra tell a complete lie and then told me that I have to leave the property with no refund and the cold food. Cassandra then informed me that she had been working at Taco Bell for 18 years and she can do what she wants! One out of the two officers in which that arrived to deal with the situation at hand must have previously dealt with situations like this at this location because the minute she walked in the store and got to the counter and seen the manager her first words were ,"what happened, you were doing so well", like the situation has already happened at this location more than once with several different customers. I filed a complaint with the corporate office in which service this branch location and they emailed me a $10 coupon which was less than the food I placed in my ordered!!! Taco Bell corporate office and Ms Cassandra totally dropped the ball on this one. I think Ms Cassandra has abused her authority in her position as a manager here!!! She's arguing with the customers after she makes a mistake taking their orders and then calling the police on customers refusing to give a refund or replacing the food when the order was mistaken. I've never seen a manager so cocky and knowing she's just ripping people off and all she has to do is call the police! Cassandra needs to be fired and after I ordered almost $17 worth of food and then the corporate office only send me a $10 coupon for my next order like I would come back to this location to be served!! Corporate office isn't even handling the situation accordingly!!! Anyone else dealing with this type of service from this woman you should report her immediately and do just as I did because all the police can tell you to do is leave when no crime was committed!! But she's clearly using it to rip customers off! Cassandra d 18 years at Taco Bell needs to be fired immediately!!!
Even though there’s no shortage of workers they keep it understaffed. Took 20 minutes to get my food. At 7p.m. I had to wait for 20 minutes for a cravings box. Ridiculous.
