Hilarious that these minimum wage, fast food workers have this weird distain for delivery drivers. Was sitting there in front of their little bank window for a late pickup, lady brought the order I was waiting on to the window and signaled through the window to see my phone. I showed her, she smacked her gums and walked away. Stood there for another ten minutes watching these people walking around like zombies at midnight before unassigning the order and leaving. Nasty individuals working here and obviously the food reflects that

Girl at the drive through asked my order than proceeded to not listen then asked to repeat it I get to the crib I have to tell her about her promotion on the drinks and she still does not give me sauce and rushes me out terrible service and attitude I rather be told you’re busy than let me talk to myself. No receipt nothing was given just outrageous how customer service isn’t a thing

Listen. It’s a Taco Bell on colfax. And for what it’s worth, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone that works here (that I’ve encountered) are great. Pleasant and attentive. I have been to so many worse places and I’m telling you, working at Taco Bell on COLFAX at midnight can not be easy and like I said. They’re all incredible considering the conditions.

I think it’s crazy how Taco Bell makes all the Uber eats and DoorDash’s sit outside in a cold with all the food sitting on the table by the time we’re able to give it to the customers it’s been about 30 minutes. The food is old and it’s just sitting there they’re not really coming in to talk to nobody. This place is so unprofessional and it makes it hard for other people that want to work hard for their company just because they’re slacking off with there company

Still waiting almost thirty minutes for a mobile order when cars in the drive through are getting their orders prioritized. Mobile orders are constantly pushed to the back of the line here.
