DO NOT go to this location!
I'm being "that Karen" and marking everything as 1 star because this is probably the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me at this location.
The employees don't pay attention to the actual orders, only the speed at which they're made. They miss a piece of my order basically every time I go, and I honestly don't know why I still give them a chance.
I was with a group of friends this time, so it was hard to check if every single item that I payed for made it into my bag. Once I got to my eating location, I realized that I was missing my large lemonade! Something I can live without, but will need my money back for.
Like I said, this happens to me nearly every time I stop by this location, and I'm sick of it. Either train your employees better, or find new ones. The management SUCKS!

So I come here usually several times a night most nights on the overnight and it never fails that an employee is always parked in the handicap spot now this parking lot is not very big but they are blocking the one and only ramp that is accessible this is very unprofessional!! Delivery drivers are not allowed to go through the drive-thru we have to stand outside and wait sometimes for quite some time in the cold I would say maybe 60% of the time they are friendly but only about 5% of the time is the food actually ready when it's supposed to be? I have come here before and they have completely straight up ignored me even though I was knocking on the window and saying hello and I could see someone on their phone standing in front of me blatantly ignoring me when someone finally did help me they didn't tell me that the person was hard of hearing so I assume that wasn't the issue? The managers/ owners may not be able to do anything about how long the orders take or how friendly the employees are when they are not there but I do hope that after posting this the illegal handicap parking will stop! Thank you
Parking: There is only one handicap spot and an employee parks in it every time so that parking is unavailable
Wheelchair accessibility: There is one handicap spot that is wheelchair accessible and one of the employees parks in it every night that they're there they do not have handicap license plates or a handicap placard and from seeing them parked there for hours a night most nights is what leads me to believe it must be an employee?

I asked for meat in my taco and got charged for it but didn't have any added...
Just watched a worker ask to barrow a kitchen tool to scrape the snow off his car windows and hand it back to the employee inside I took a picture and wish I could post it

The food is inconsistent. It's never right! Either can't chew it or mushy. I wasted money on a quesadilla I can't even eat, it isn't cooked properly, cold in the middle and dripping with sauce, they didn't even cut it.
Not sure how their cash system works, but they don't actually know if you ordered anything if you choose the option "pay cash at counter" option. You need to knock on the window or get their attention some other way. This made my order take a long time, and at the end of it all they also got my taco wrong.

This is an absolute pinnacle of culinary excellence to think of it’s anything less is an absolute disaster to society. I know a lot of liberals have commented on Taco Bell in the past, but as a red blooded American, I can tell you the meat is authentic. It’s pure and it’s what this country is built off of… not the backs of the others. It’s the backs of the people who work here. I also reccomend the Mexican pizza

This is the only taco bell that's labeled all the items in the order so my friends aren't opening up burritos trying to figure out what's what. Super appreciate that effort.
Dude working here was kinda standoff-ish, but the food was dang good!
