This Taco bell sucks bad!! I ordered 3 bean burritos, I got 3 tortillas with a teaspoon of beans in the middle. I kniw most Taco bells are not great but this one is really bad, I suggest you go somewhere else disappointing, cause here is beyond. Goodluck

I ordered 4 grilled cheese steak burritos and asked for Diablo sauce. I showed on the order screen. Costing me $31. No dam Diablo sauce. How about hiring somebody that wants to work not somebody that just wants to collect a check ridiculous

Yup it's a Taco Bell. The bell is purple, cashiers cant hear, and the order is always wrong.

I really hate to leave a negative review because I genuinely love Taco Bell, but this specific location has been consistently disappointing. The staff here has been rude on multiple occasions, and it's frustrating how often they forget items in your order. Most recently, I placed a mobile order and was turned away at the window with no effort made to assist me or help process a refund. The customer service was extremely poor, and it’s honestly upsetting.

If you're craving Taco Bell and want a better experience, I highly recommend the location on Peoria. The staff there is always polite, quick, and professional — and it’s only 5–8 minutes away. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

I've been going to this Taco Bell for years and over the course of the last 6 months, it has significantly gone down hill.

There are 2 incredibly sweet girls that work there but I don't know their name. I havent seen one in a long time so I am guessing she left. However, everyone else is straight up rude.

Never before the last 6 month period did I go through the drive through and them tell me I need to go inside because my food isn't ready. I brushed it off because I get 30 minutes for lunch and there isn't the biggest selection in the area.

Today, I placed a mobile order and it didn't fully submit before I got there. No biggie, the page refreshed while I was in the drive through. There wasn't anyone in the drive through.

I pulled up to the window and she told me to go inside because my food wasn't ready. I asked her what's the difference if I placed the order through the drive through or mobile and she continued to say my food wasn't ready and to go inside. I repeated my question and said she said I didn't place it while I was there and I am going to have to wait and go inside. Mind you NO ONE WAS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. During this 30 second correspondence my food was ready. She also did not put the sticker they have been putting on boxes about voicing concerns to the franchise that has a phone number and email.

Idk if management has changed over the last 6 months. It must have considering what it looks like now which is a bummer. I do not and will not recommend this Taco Bell with its current staff / management. I guess I will have to straight bringing lunch to work. Sigh.

I actually complained, I asked ahead about getting my points, the lady took my order and then said she had to know something ahead to get my points. Also, asked for lots of mild sauce, got 4 packets. Won't go back to this location.
