It is a KFC and Taco Bell together! This is one KFC and Taco Bell I will never return to until they get new management and people that care about their job and the service they give to the customers! I went there about 6 days ago ordered two tacos and my friend ordered a three-piece chicken we both ordered drinks with our food. The guy at the window handed us our food and then shut the window like we're done you're dismissed never gave us our sodas. But then again we wouldn't leave the drive-thru until they gave us what we paid for. While we waited for one drink he handed it to us he left the window close like he was done with us knowing that he had to give us another soda. You know I don't care if people smoke weed but don't do it on the job and if you're going to do it on the job do it where other people can't see you doing it have some common decency.... They need someone to come in and get rid of everybody in there and replace them with new people that want to have a job that want to do their job and have a clean store and have good customer service skills and experience. Unless it is on your job application that says you can smoke weed on the job you shouldn't be doing that at work!!! Quit smoking dope at work and do your job and maybe people will get their orders correctly!! Shame on you KFC and Taco Bell for having the worst employees at your store!

I’ve never been to a place that the supervisor doesn’t even know how to manger. All I simply need was hot sauce and my receipt. The manger ask for me to come back which I did and I walk in nobody would address me. Montbello does a better job this taco can never get a order right

I gotta say, when this place opened a few years back I was super excited. The other taco bell here in commerce City...sucks. I've only lived here 7 years, but for all those 7 years... It's always sucked. So, needless to say, I was excited at the prospect of a decent T.B. My 1st time, slow as it could be, but I thought give them a chance to get their bearings. So I waited, then went again, the 2nd time, same as the 1st... Same thing, 3rd, 4th, so on and so on. But....I just went again the other day, because I was really holding onto hope that something was going to emerge from them. Low and behold... It was fast, they were very pleasant, they got the order right & did it all with a smile and just a touch of humor!!! Thank you! Thank you!!! Thank you!!

This facility is so bad and rude to all costumers, I ordered 20 minutes ago and waited trying to talk to someone about obtaining a medium sized cup and they did nothing but ignore me.
I went to pick up an online order. The 2 women working see me waiting at the counter, but wasnnt checking in with me. They were just chatting. Finally the male at the drive thru saw me and gave my order. It's because I am an Indian. A Mexican customer comes in, both the women rush to the counter to take her order

THE slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I went 1 day just getting a gordita crunch and even did mobile order. Waited at counter patiently 15 minutes before ANYONE walked up to me. Then told them I was just waiting for my food. They told me it was up next. As I stood there and watched others get served SLOWLY... I still didn't have my food. FINALLY after about 30 minutes I get my food and guess what? The meat tasted HORRIBLE.
Figured I'd give then another chance today. Already placed my order and trying the drive thru this time. Literally in line as I type this. I've been here about 15 minutes now and just now getting up to the menu board to tell them I have a mobile order. Preparing myself for another 15 minutes. This place deserves negative stars in my eyes.

I walk in to this Taco Bell and am the only customer the whole time. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a Taco. I waited for nearly 15 minutes while being the only customer. After I received my food I found shortly that there is no carbonation in the drink machine, my cheese quesadilla was made with chipotle sauce and not creamy jalapeño sauce. After I received my food another customer waited at the front for nearly 10 minutes before a employee helped her out. An employee walked in to clock in, ignored her, clocked in and never came to help her. There is no excuse for terrible service and food made wrong when there was no one in this Taco Bell or the drive thru the whole time
