I ordered my food through the app because nobody takes your order at the counter anymore. I’m standing there for 15 to 20 minutes while multiple people will get their food. I show my food thing to somebody. He says they’re making it right now. Then I ask again, five minutes later after more people get their food. And they explain oh they’re missing one of the ingredients for your food so they can’t make my order. They offer something else. But I don’t want that. So then I say cancel it and they say they can’t do that there and I have to contact the app.

Customer service is nonexistent at this location. It’s filled with homeless people trying to stay warm from the elements outside everybody’s laughing and playing on their phones. I watched one person grab their phone and play with it and didn’t even change their gloves. Stay away from this place, it’s ridden with homeless people and it smells horrible.

I live a 2 minute walk from this taco bell and frequent the drive thru often. This place gets 5 stars everytime. Service excellent, food superb, drinks ice cold. If you can't handle the wait get outta line cause this TBell cares about you 🌮🌯🥤

This Taco Bell location is absolute trash at night. Whoever owns this location must never visit it. This is the worst Taco Bell in Colorado. Any other location is much much better.
A large number of the staff working at night are lazy, forgetful, and very challenged. They serve you room temperature food, broken tacos, items with barely any meat even if you paid extra, and they forget the sauce and never ask you if you want sauce after they forget you ordered it.
stars. Its cold, the hard shells are always broken, the soft shells always stick to the wrapper, and they sprinkle a tiny bit of meat in your order.

Atmosphere. 0/5 stars. There's homeless people in the front of the building, the sides of the building, the rear of the building, and inside. The staff can't really be seen when you're inside because they're everywhere but by the register.
The nearby Wendy's closed. I hope this Taco Bell does the same. At least the people at the Wendy's care about their job and the business. The staff, managers, and owner at this Taco Bell don't appear to care about anything.

Tried to mobile order for my lunch break, drive thru blocked by a little wet floor sign. Have to cancel my order, replace it as a carry out, then head inside to waste my entire lunch break with food coming out late behind a line of 15 other people waiting for their food at 2pm on a weekday. Very very slow service, forgot sauce as well. I can only hope they're understaffed as the excuse.

So slow, can’t be called fast food! Two cars in front of me and I was stuck in there poorly designed drive through for 20 min before I ordered another 15 to get my food. A grand total of 35 minutes stuck in a drive through with no way to get out…………Do better!

Terrible customer service and very slow in delivering orders. The cashier treated customers very poorly and was rude. It took more than 20 minutes to deliver a pick up order. A man who is missing a tooth was rude to me. I will never eat here again! Don't come here.

I go to TB twice a year. Maybe. Half the time have they given me the right order 😞
You’d think with the crazies out there shooting people in the drive through over this, that they’d check the fricking order! Booooo! Zero stars! I only HAD to give one to say this. And the wrong order they gave me??? It was under that hot zone for so long it was dried and gross! 🤮 I can’t even go back to switch it and I can’t even call to tell them as customer service is no longer a thing in this country. You all suck!

Dude in a ski mask purposefully broke my tacos. He smashed my entire order and handed it to my Uber eats driver. Also what kind of managers let their employees wear a full on ski mask?
