We went in there 11/18/2025 350 S Federal Blvd Cashier was Maria Araujo we were uo at tje counter trying to ask them for the vode for the bathroom totally ignored us a lady walked up getting the code before us. While we were eating the crew was throwing dirty looks in are direction make us feel uncomfortable. They were talking about us in Spanish. I have nothing against people that speak Spanish. At least acknowledge the first customer that is at your counter before you talk to the customer behind us.

I like Taco Bell for quick fast food, but I’m getting tired of being asked to donate to students, and there is not a single sign that says what that moneys goes towards. Then I don’t get any ketchup for my hash browns like I didn’t realize I had to ask for ketchup if I order hash browns. I honestly avoid Taco Bell sometimes because I’m tired of getting asked to donate money every single time.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been in. They always make me feel uncomfortable by how much they stare at me. They throw my food on the counter. I've asked for extra sour cream and there was none of my burrito and they forgot the cheese on my taco. Everytime I walk in, there's always an issue. I don't know if they don't like Black people or me personally but I'm always nice and they always treat me poorly. If you're Black, I wouldn't come to this Taco Bell.

Completely ignored by staff. I was the first customer of the day so when they were taking a while to acknowledge my presence I was giving them a bit of extra time, assuming they we're still getting everything set up for the day... However as the time starting going into the 15, 20..30min range.. I started to try to get their attention. None of my attempts worked Btw, I was the only customer in the store for the entire duration of my visit
