Her customer service is HORRIBLE almost like she never worked with customers before !!!!!
This is a location that I frequent often and she was always in the back. MANAGEMENT, PLEASE KEEP HER THERE, AS SHE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, PLEASE!!!!!!!

the best taco bell in denver honestly
3 people in line in the lobby and 6 cars in the drive thru- one employee on drive thru register, two assembling food as fast as they can, no one available to take lobby orders.
MANAGEMENT- Staff your restaurant adequately or shut down the lobby.
There’s been mistakes with my orders multiple times and no in-person help for any online orders.

The drive thru lane wants you to go inside the lobby now if you place a mobile order. They won't give you your food at the window anymore. Drive thru headset employee told me to pull around to the lobby and said they were going to put this new policy in effect but that this time they'd bring my order out if I parked up front. Waited 10 min on an order I placed 45 minutes prior only to watch the headset employee come out and hand the car in front of me their order then come to my car to tell me "Just go in the lobby, there are 3 people ahead of you." when no other cars were waiting. Not surprising behavior but definitely don't come here expecting to be able to pick up your mobile order at the window as of 10/24/24

Night crew for the win!! My boyfriend and I got there at 1145ish after our shifts and we were HUNNNGRAYYY!! Not only was the service great but we got our food within a matter of 2 minutes. Absolutely amazing. Service industry people just needing some quick dinner, and not only was a very large order ready super fast, but the service was friendly and welcoming. Everyone on staff should be commended, and thank you to the night crew for the experience that was so fantastic.

I went to this location after i got off work to night and i was there at 12:02 is when i hand me my card to him and he gave my card ,food and i drove off .It was 12:06 when i got to the light tell why at 12:08 they try to charge my card again for 30$ something i did not pay for my order was only 25$ and this is why i lock my card cause of people like this. DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE THIEVES and i will be looking in to who is their district manager because this is not supposed to happen, you’re not supposed to charge someone’s car after they leave how do you even get my card number?
