This taco bell is usually pretty good food quality wise, But something needs to change with either the management, training, or maintenance because the staff always looks completely miserable and I always just feel bad going there 😭😭 Im sorry to the staff, and I hope something changes to make it less horrible, To be honest it could also just be that it is on colfax, and im sure the amount of tweakers they get is unbelievable

At my job, when customers orders get stolen from them, we remake them because the customer shouldn’t be punished for someone else stealing from them. Idk what the policy is at your store but the way one of the women who worked there was speaking to the grub hub driver while I was on the phone with him was also disgusting and demeaning.

It's really fast to order and the place really looks good. The only issue is the school kids, they just come in back and forth without paying for the drinks. I hope they won't let this nice place located at a good spot close.

Worst Taco Bell in Denver, rude to people, slow, and every time I go after work, they say they’re closed before 12:30 even though their hours say til 1 am. Bad customer service and never open when they say they are. And when they do service you they get your order wrong.

Went to this Taco Bell after a long day at work and I wonder why I stopped coming to this Taco Bell and now I remember worst service ever. I’m never going back

"Kelly O." Deserves some recognition. I have a complicated order due to dietary restrictions and health issues. Everytime I order and Kelly O is on the other end I feel nothing but welcomed and there is no stress about my complicated order. I look forward to continuing ordering my work lunches here!

Ordered on mobile app, pull up to drive thru. They state it is not ready. I ask if they could just make it now because there was no other customers in restaurant or drive thru. Not helpful.

Chronically understaffed -- if you have a mobile order and try to go through the drive thru, they'll say the thing is closed, but ignore you when you come in for service and try to place the order in person. Won't let you cancel the order even if they ignore you, too.

1 star for tonight's service. Whoever was working the 1am shift needs to start acting like they care about their job. It's not hard to package a taco correctly. Get with the program or get a different job. Simple.
