Jose is about the rudest individual I have encountered in a long time. an order was put in the app IN THE PARKING LOT showing the correct pick-up address; however, when I went to check in, it showed up at a different location. Jose would not do anything about it, even with proof on the app.. see attached. but now I know to never go to this location again.. following will be the review on the location that actually had the order.. Also, there was another employee there that was trying to help resolve this and when we asked for his name to compliment him on this review Jose said no, no, no and wouldn't allow us to get his name.. so the only positive thing we had to say he stopped.

I had food poisoning from eating at this location a couple of months ago and the quality of the food is very poor. My boss just got food poisoning from there yesterday too! Since this is twice now I thought I should let others know!

The best one that I've had to eat with and the people working right it's been amazing every other one that I tried when I lived downtown it was too closest ones were awful there's always issues and there were two thi.ngs correctly and the food was ever good and I got sick a lot of their times when I try to but this place no issues they're amazing and this is like the best one them so happy with all of the help they've done for my food and that I have them all the time but I like so much and I do wish cigarette of the chips and the foods but I mean that's their whole thing all over but at least right now we can find other places that doesn't have them in like everything which is kind of awesome so that's pretty cool I was I was really good we'll just have to try some more at times lol. Thank you
Incredibly obvious that if you don’t look like them or speak their language they will ignore you. They had do issue helping the people who came in for their delivery pick ups who spoke Spanish and would help them first, and look at me and walk away to the back of the kitchen again. Then they lied to me and said that the people working only spoke Spanish which I know is a lie because I placed my order in English with the guy during my past visits. I shouldn’t have to stand at the counter for 15 minutes just to ask for them to hand me the food I placed over the app. I respect everyone and all cultures but I could tell they were not helping the only person who looked like me in the lobby. Not to mention the many people who were making the lobby their temporary shelter.
