This place is excellent. I met the owner, who was very passionate about his food. Their flour tortillas are the best I have had in Colorado and help elevate the tacos and burritos. I could eat them plain. Have options for a cheap bite and also higher end signature tacos. I look forward to trying them all.
I visited two days in a row! Once for lunch and again for breakfast the next morning. Prices are very reasonable especially for being in the center of downtown and the food is super tasty! I highly recommend their breakfast burritos. The guacamole was a little bland, though.

I am writing this review to speak on the service of the restaurant. I placed a pick up order via uber eats, when it was time to pick it up, I proceeded to tell the employee that I was picking up my order and they said that they did not see the order on their end, I showed them the confirmation email and told them what I ordered in which the employee proceeded to say that they had no idea to know what I ordered because it was not their computer (despite showing them what I ordered...
