Seems like the cashier was in such a rush and clearly no one double checks accuracy of orders. The cashier handed over a bag and one drink and tried to send us off missing one of our drinks. When we got home the order was completely wrong. My man literally said “Párese que las hicieron con las patas”.

My mom went there for 4 tacos which is around 20 dollars, they got her order wrong and charged her for 65 dollars of steak fries. She immediately informed them of their mistake and they flat out refused to give her her order or refund her. FORCING her to take food she didn't want and pay for it. Unfortunate... she loved taco star until now. I called to speak to a manager and they flat out said no and hung up.

Ordered a Bacon breakfast burrito, but was given a mashed potato burrito with cheese and hints of bacon. Worst burrito in my lifetime of ordering burritos. Won't be ever going back to this Taco Star because multiple bad burritos before, but this one takes the trophy of bad.
