I love taco star always have and I never leave reviews but the experience I just had here at this taco star was not okay. We asked for no sour cream the fries had sour cream all over it and the other order of enchiladas was also messed up in more than one way. I called to talk to them about the issue explaining my allergy to sour cream and the guy was very rude and argued with me about it. Saying we did not ask for no sour cream and saying the cooks said they made the order right. By the end of it he literally just hung up on me instead of doing the right thing and giving us a refund or making it right. I don’t know who taught them about customer services but this was not the way to handle things.

I ordered a burrito but they forgot my rice. They just gave me extra meat so I guess I can’t complain. lol

Goated mexican food. Main complaints is the time spent waiting and price. It's diner level pricing but it's worth the price if you want authentic mexican food with fair portions. Just be prepared to wait at least 10 mins for your food because it's made to order

They wouldn’t give me a chance to finish my order twice. They just seem like they’re in a complete rush. The food was complete garbage. It was greasy way too busy and way too salty.

I love their burrito but if you go by the price in the menu at the drive thru you are always overcharged and no receipt is ever given so you never know how much they charge ! A little bit shady. This kind of business will keep me thinking twice before going again .

Honestly so disappointed in this place, I asked for no guacamole on my carne asada fries and they literally gave me a tray of just fries and cheese. What a waste of time and money ?

Little sticker shock, but you do get a lot of food. The carne asada fries are good, just not sure how much i paid??? i didn’t see prices, just ordered. Breakfast burrito and fries were $29. I hate drive through that ask for tips on cc machine. Not a fan at all. That’s why 3 stars. unless you are delivering to my home, etc. Drive thru is not a tipping business.

UNEXEPTABLE $15 dollar just for nasty meat ? Slimy and with a weird taste never going back very expensive for just plastic - asada fries
I love this place that’s why I’m writing this. When they put fried food in their Styrofoam containers, it melts through. This is really really bad and toxic for your body. It’s happened more times than I can count. It doesn’t cost much to put a tinfoil liner inside. Please fix this, for all your customers.

the food quality was not the best, the flavor wasn’t too bad. asked for a torta- the bread was hard. the burrito i also asked for was missing ingredients. the service was very cold, and cashiers seemed frustrated and unattentive. not sure when i’ll be back.

This tipping culture is getting out of control. I can't patronize a business where they want to force customers to tip. My advice to all these employees at fast food restaurants: "get a different job if you don't make enough to survive." Stop asking for tips! I'll never go back.
